I meant Taylor was his replacement in the Rumble.
-
I would. It beats $8 an hour on third shift stocking cereal and Faygo.
-
...which it has.

Bad News Brown replaceed Akeem. Windham was replaced because he asked for a release. Some of his family members were under some kind of investigation for counterfitting money, IIRC, and he didn't want Vince to get tied up in it. I believe his replacement was the Red Rooster aka Terry Taylor.

I obviously know about Reggie's shot...but you'll have to explain the Baron Davis situation to me.

I play basketball when I can...but I wouldn't say I play it "seriously." I mean yeah, I'm competing with people somewhat, but we play Dallas-style defense.

I hate you.

The only arenas I've been in are the RCA Dome and Conseco Fieldhouse, the latter of which has gotten some pretty good feedback from some stadium experts. Both are in Indianapolis.

Wow. I don't like the Lakers, but I didn't see anything wrong with Fisher's shot. He got it off before the light, and in slo-mo, there wasn't significant time between the time the clock started and Fisher touching the ball. Like Deebo said, that happens all the time...the clock is almost never going to start *right* when a guy touches the ball. Now, my head says the Lakers will finish this off in Game 6...but I know firsthand (see 1994 ECF) that this isn't impossible to win if you're the Spurs. Remember, the same thing happened to SA against the Suns...and they responded by winning two games. The funny part to me, though, is that Shaq was talking about how DUNCAN's shot was lucky...

Mike, if you haven't heard, Stotts has been fired from the Hawks, and Rivers is the new coach of the Celtics.
-
Oh, how could I forget: DENNIS RODMAN FOR WILL PERDUE.
-
*And* Theo Ratliff...don't forget that...

First, the Sonics traded Pippen for Olden Polynese...and the Sonics traded Dominic Wilkins if I remember correctly... And the Hawks got Abdur-Rahim for Lorenzen Wright and Brevin Knight I believe. that was a pretty good trade. I think I am done after that. ... OH!! They traded Grant long and some one else for Steve Smith in Miami. That took them to the second round of the playoffs for a few years. And who ever they traded to get Mutumbo and Latner. They had common sense for like 2 years there. It was actually the Jazz who drafted and traded Wilkins. The other trade you're referring to was Steve Smith, Grant Long and a 2nd round pick to Atlanta for Kevin Willis and a 1st round pick.
-
Damn...I forgot all about Pippen for OLDEN POLYNICE. As far as the Rahim trade goes: Hawks got: Shareef Abdur-Rahim and the draft rights to Jamaal Tinsley Grizzlies got: Lorenzen Wright, Brevin Knight, and the draft rights to Pau Gasol. Tinsley was eventually traded to the Pacers for this year's first-round pick, which was used to pick Boris Diaw.

*goes and gets his OFFICIAL NBA REGISTER~ book* Penny Hardaway for Danny Manning, Pat Garrity, and two future first-round picks.
-
It was Chandler. Ripper, wasn't Garrity one of the guys involved in the Penny Hardaway deal? Also: Kobe for Vlade, anyone?
-
I don't get it.

They actually did make 9, but it was only released in Japan. You can get an emulator version, though. It's called Rockman & Forte.

Between the Pacers and Colts, the amount of Indy hate on this board is unbelievable... That said, the Heat really do deserve a lot of credit. Eddie Jones has been doing a good job of keeping Reggie from shooting the ball (plus he has the added ability to grab someone and jerk them back and forth, giving the illusion that they're pushing him and getting them tossed from the game). Odom and Wade have been amazing. Even Malik Allen's lighting us up right now. It's also nice that they have ex-Heat players doing color for every game between us... But Jermaine O'Neal's just now finding his shot again, so I ain't sweatin' it (well actually I am, because I'm on the attic computer and it's really really hot). We needed a last-minute shot to beat Milwaukee in the first round in 2000...and we went to the finals. Spurs-Suns was 2-2 last year as well. EDIT: I can't believe I forgot to mention Caron Butler...he's been the MAN during the playoffs.
-
But... Wade can't dunk through his legs.
-
I'll reiterate: So...yeah. I still think they're done.

If the preview thing at Wal-Mart is any indication, I don't think it does.
