How the hell is she owning him? Hot Ticket is only upset at Kido because he's been proving her wrong in the japan wrestling folder and getting on her case about stupid shit. There's a Austin in Japan thread there that Hot Ticket decided to defend Austin in and got into it with Kido and myself, then she went into the Ultimo Dragon video thread and tried to start shit there, well actually she did but had nothing to really back it up. So as far as I know she's been asking to be flamed by him and he's been shutting her up basically on any point she tries to come up with so I think you got it backwards as Dynamite has been owning her in so many different ways, and I'm actually surprised she has brought up my name into this. They had the fourth best record in the league last year. Duncan deserved it, but I wouldn't call that a "crap team."
-
Its called putting the clamps on. Thats exactly what the Spurs did. They put the MOfucking Clamps on and they lakers couldn't figure it out. In the 4th? Absolutely. As did the Lakers. The Spurs have had the best defense the last 5 years... 2 of those years they won, the other 3 they lost. Defense yesterday was big, execution was bigger...many Laker turnovers were unforced. They also have had major injuries when they lost. Duncan was gone one of those years, a VERY important Derek Anderson another year and I am drawing a blank on the other...who was it...help here people! Healthy Spurs>Healthy Lakers. And remember when Shaq said in the offseason that he knew something was wrong when "old ass" Kevin Willis was out running him down court. Well, guess what I saw yesterday. Old Ass Kevin Willis out Running him down court. ...as he should. Kevin Willis, even at his age, is probably in better shape than 98% of the players in the league.

So, Nets/Pistons starts tonight...what do you guys think?

I don't really listen to any of today's artists, so my top 5 now is basically all time: This isn't in order, btw. Michael Jackson KISS Hall & Oates Guns & Roses Stevie Wonder
-
I also think Kiss and the Four Tops should be higher. It's obvious this list wasn't based solely on Rock & Roll, considering some of the people on it. EDIT: And where the FUCK is Foreigner? EDIT 2: No Hall & Oates or JCM, either. That's terrific. That's a hell of a list there.

I immediately thought of Unforgiven 2000 when reading this, where Shane spits the beer out on impact after every Stunner.

I did too...which is why I just posted it a couple hours ago.

Team got better everyyear and he guarenteed finals in his third year. This would be his third year. You should be more pissed at Larry lets tradem ALL Brown. Antonio Davis for Johnathan Bender...YEAH!!. Mark Jackson for Jalen Rose...GO FOR IT. Am I the only one that noticed that Mark Jackson + Pacers = Success. I know everyone else in the leauge, and the Pacers the following season, saw that. No...this would be his *fourth* year. Which means he guaranteed finals last year, when said disastrous second half occured. The Davis-for-Bender trade happened well after Brown left for Philly...besides, Brown wasn't an executive here anyway. And Davis will be done before Bender even hits his stride. He's 23 YEARS OLD. I'll have to give you the Jackson-for-Rose point, though...that was completely Brown's fault, because he wouldn't play him, and he never got to play until Brown left. That is the only year that we've missed the playoffs since '89. Rose, though, became our primary offensive force once Bird came, and was on his way to becoming a superstar before *gasp* Isiah Thomas came in and slowly phased him and Travis Best out until they were traded. I'm happier now with Artest and Tinsley, but those two really got the shaft from Isiah. And yes, your equation is agreeable as well...I know I on MANY occasion during that season said "man, I wish we still had Mark Jackson right now."

Shut up, Really Agnes. cranda has the greatest avatar in history.

Pacers - Isiah Thomas. Probably an unpopular choice, but last year's team was the first that had a realistic chance to win it all, and we went 14-19 after the break and lost in the first round again. Good riddance, sez I. Hoosiers - well, I've only been around for Knight and Davis, so obviously Davis. Most of the Davis hate comes from not being Knight, though. EDIT: I personally like Davis, that was just a general statement. Reds - I haven't watched much baseball for a while, so I guess whoever's been managing them the last few years, since I'm not old enough to remember the last time they sucked before that.

My results: You are a GRAMMAR GOD! If your mission in life is not already to preserve the English tongue, it should be. Congratulations and thank you!
