UNBEFUCKINGLIEVEABLE. LA ends up winning the Pacific due to Sac's loss to GS (who had just choked up their livers against the Lakers the night before) and a double OT win in Portland. I wonder if LA will cut their division banner in half and give part to GS? So here are your matchups: EAST: 1-Indiana vs 8-Boston (Pacers in 5) 4-Miami vs 5-New Orleans (Heat in 6) 3-Detroit vs 6-Milwaukee (Pistons in 6) 2-NJ vs 7-NY (Nets in 6) WEST: 1-Minnesota vs 7-Denver (Wolves in 6) 4-Sacramento vs 5-Dallas (Kings in 7) 3-San Antonio vs 6-Memphis (Spurs in 6) 2-Lakers vs 7-Rockets (Lakers in 7)

I saw him do ONE highlight the day after he won, but haven't seen him since.

Dallas/Sac and Rockets/LA in round 1? I feel dirty for saying this, but... GO LAKERS.

This is the oldest one in my hhhruls account From Popick This of course coming after I told everyone at Vanilla Midgets (which included Popick) that it was me. -
Now, this isn't quite a fair assessment by them...Bird took the Celts from 29 to 61 wins in one year, and Magic's Lakers won the championship. But I'm sure the point is clear.

Eh. I'm pretty much indifferent to Bonds. A-Rod is better all around, though, IMO. So was Griffey before he gut hurt. That said, I find it funny how much everyone talks about Bonds as it relates to steroids, when, out of him, Giambi and Sheff, Giambi was the only one who came in looking noticeably smaller.

If they took Sura's triple-double away, they should take away the Nets' last basket against the Pistons.
-
In the playoffs, limiting moves wouldn't be so bad. In the regular season, though, they should be unlimited.

I agree. You should be able to alter your roster whenever you feel the need.

Well, I knew people would recognize that without me having to say anything. It's also a main reason that Reggie Miller appears to be "washed up"...we have other guys we can rely on for offense. Reggie maybe gets half the touches that he did in his prime. Back in the day, it was Reggie and Rik, who was hurt a lot. EDIT: My prediction is Spurs over Pacers in 7. I'll have full predictions once the series are set.

I just thought it was hilarious how he purposely got his own rebound against the Nets after what the Nets did to the Pistons.

The MAGIC~ are going to win number 20!

Nuggets are up 9 at the end of 3 against Sac, if they hold on they clinch the last spot in the West.
-
That last playoff spot could be locked up tonight if Denver hangs on against Sac. Also, should Portland beat SA, that would clinch the #1 seed for the Wolves.

It works fine for me, and my computer's a piece of shit.

The thing that most impresses me about Rasheed Wallace is how he gets up and down the court, with all the media hanging on his nutsack. Reggie Miller played last year's playoffs with an injury, one which needed surgery immediately after the season was done. This year, he's healthy, and CAN still put up 20 a game in the playoffs whenever he fucking wants to, and you all know it. So keep on hating, just be ready for it to come back and bite you all in the asses.

Read~ I don't understand the Andre Miller hate. At all. If he isn't a "pure point guard", then how do you explain his leading the league in assists (for the CAVS no less) in '02? He is no less responsible for Denver's success than Anthony. I'm not saying trade Carmelo, obviously, but Dre can't be blamed for the Nuggets' misfortunes, which seems to be what is happening.
