100 again for the third time in four days, no one doing outstandingly good or bad. 2/29: PG: Sam Cassell SG: Dwayne Wade SF: Kevin Garnett PF: Amare Stoudemire C: Yao Ming Coach: Jeff Bzdelik

That's it, I'm NEVER picking a SA guard again. Parker gives me NEGATIVE 1, while Ginobili gives me 6. I ALMOST picked Bibby, too. Pisses me off. 2/28: PG: Andre Miller SG: Tracy McGrady SF: Dirk Nowitzki (watch Odom get a triple-double now that I changed from him) PF: Zach Randolph C: Marcus Camby Coach: Rick Carlisle
-
I should point out that the Knicks are now 1-4 since trading Van Horn.
-
124 last night. 2/27: PG: Baron Davis SG: Michael Redd SF: Peja Stojakovic PF: Elton Brand C: Ben Wallace Coach: Larry Brown

Or the F...ahhh, I can't do it.

I guess it was just foul trouble. 4 fouls in 21 minutes.

100 even last night, I don't know what the fuck happened to Brand. I'll get on that. 2/26: PG: Tony Parker SG: Manu Ginobili SF: Peja Stojakovic PF: Tim Duncan C: Shaquille O'Neal Coach: Phil Jackson

1) Wade isn't the go-to-guy on Miami either, it's Odom. Also, Wade came in as the third or maybe even fourth option on offense, whereas Carmelo has been the #1 guy all season for Denver. Wade would be averaging 20 a game easy if he was the #1 option. 2) I, for one, was not arguing for Carmelo Anthony, in fact I thought Andre Miller was more deserving of a spot. And Carmelo's crop was, IMO, the easier one to crack...once you get past KG, Duncan, Peja and Elton Brand, none of those other guys are as good as any of the guards you named, save for Houston, Billups and Stackhouse (who was hurt, otherwise not him either). 3) I may give you Jones over Lenard, even though he's having a subpar season. However, Butler has been a bust since coming back form his injury, Brian Grant, as much as I like the guy, isn't even on the same planet as Nene, Camby has stayed healthy and done just as much as Odom has, and Miller and Boykins are arguably the best point guard tandem in the league. I think Carmelo's cast has been far more consistent.

Dwayne Wade > Carmelo Anthony

127 VGMs, Miller's 13 the only slight blemish. 2/25: PG: Baron Davis SG: Kobe Bryant SF: Pau Gasol PF: Elton Brand C: Yao Ming Coach: Eddie Jordan

I think it's fairly obvious he was being sarcastic, Raz.

VERY nice of the Pistons to drop one to the Magic last night, as we just learned here that Artest could in fact miss the rest of the regular season. But, WOW. Look at the next ten for Detroit: @ Phi @ Chi v Atl @ LAC @ Utah @ Por @ Den @ Sea v Chi v Phi Our schedule for the rest of the season isn't too much harder, though. I think we can hang on.
-
Of course I pick Yao a day too early and miss out on his 53 VGMs. Instead I get stuck with T-Mac and his 3-20 shooting night. 110 in all for me. 2/24: PG: Mike Bibby SG: Ray Allen SF: Peja Stojakovic PF: Elton Brand C: Yao Ming Coach: Rick Adelman I think Bibby usually sucks when I pick him, but I couldn't pass up on Brand against the Mavs.

Hey, if I'm in a battle, I might try to contend with regular old orange fire... but BLUE fire? Fuck that, I'm going the other direction in a hurry.

I'd like to challenge CWM to fisticuffs, RIGHT NOW.
-
No, I agree with SK. Even when they do get to the second round, they'll have to play either SA or the Lakers.
-
106 last night, but Steve Francis is boycotted after managing only 8 VGMs against Dallas. I'd boycott Redd too after his 6, but there's not enough good + affordable SGs like him to do that. Thank God for Dirk and Brand's combined 70. 2/23: PG: Andre Miller SG: LeBron James SF: Pau Gasol PF: Carlos Boozer C: Marcus Camby Coach: Larry Brown

Am I the only one who thinks Angelslayer and Frigid Soul are the same person? I got nothin against them, just a thought.

I like this thread.

Pacers become the first 40-win team in the league, but not after a fight from the Wiz. The Magic have 42 losses, which means they can now do no better than tie us. The magic number for the Pacers to clinch a playoff spot is 12.
-
81 last night as I get 10 and 11 from Miller and Johnson. Duncan's 9-28 shooting and JO's 6 TO's didn't exactly help either. If Duncan's not going to get me 25 or 30 VGMs, I'm not spending 30% of my points on his ass. 2/22: PG: Jamaal Tinsley SG: Tracy McGrady (If you want to kick two balls into the stands this time, kick Ben Wallace's. Maybe then my Pacers will still have a shot at the division with Artest out.) SF: Kevin Garnett PF: Carlos Boozer C: Jermaine O'Neal Coach: Jeff Van Gundy

The Wolves activated Olowokandi yesterday.

Both teams played hard.
