I'm considering dropping Malone and using Amare the first night instead...What do you guys think? I think Amare will have better individual numbers than Malone...then again, the Lakers are playing Dallas. If Dallas gives up 120 points, at least 3/4 of that will be split between Shaq, Kobe, Malone and Payton. Also Malone should get more rebounds than he normally would against Dallas, I think. And Amare is matched against Timmay. Spoiler (Highlight to Read): 3/4 of 120 is 90.

I agree with Ripper, although I've literally *never* seen the guy play, I can only go by what I've heard about him, which is nothing but good, and I don't see how the Suns can justify letting him go, at least not this quick. I can also tell you that the blind Joe Johnson love stretches outside of Arizona. I personally see nothing special about the guy either. As for Dermarr, it's unfortunate that a lot of GM's will overlook his immense potential and see him as nothing more than an injury risk. Am I supposed to post my trade proposals here? I proposed it at Yahoo last night, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to announce it here or not.

Most of us were pretty sure this was going to happen, but it's now official that they're going to do it. It will be done geographically, which will be a HUGE clusterfuck in the East, with the NE and Florida teams probably being scattered all around two divisions. NO will move to the West, but you knew that already. I still don't see the point of moving the Hornets out of Charlotte if they were just going to put another team there...give the expansion team to someone like Vegas or St. Louis. I'll do some research and have a prediction on the divisions later. The playoffs will still have eight teams per conference, the three division winners and the next five best records. No names were discussed for the divisions. Discuss.

Richardson of GS is going to be suspended at the start of the season, and Webber will be suspended effective after his injury is recovered. They didn't say how long the suspensions were.
