This is the best one so far.

Also re: coverage One advantage I think ESPN's coverage has over TNT's is that they seem to know more about the teams that don't really get on TV at all. Bill Walton for example always seems to have something insightful to say no matter what two teams you throw into the highlights. But then, for example, when the Pacers went into Denver and won earlier this year, on TNT it was basically "that's a bad loss for Denver, you gotta beat the Pacers." Which is true, but still, the Pacers were on the court too.

Educated feet.

Yep, looks like this is gonna be a Dick Bavetta Special.

Chad Ford has a chat going on right now at ESPN.com, and he thinks that D'Antoni would become the frontrunner for the Knicks' job should the Suns let him go.

I agree with most of the stuff in that post, but I don't see how you can say the Spurs have not out-executed the Suns. Almost all their games the last couple years have come down to who executes at the end, and more often than not it's been the Spurs. EDIT: In response to Ripper

I don't think it's really fair to count 2003. The Suns were nowhere close to being a threat at that time.

Or ______ could work to become a better free throw shooter, and eliminate the need for unnecessary rule changes.

I've always wondered how a Pacers/Jazz Finals would have played out in '98. Of all the years we made the conference finals, I thought that would have been the Finals series we had the best chance of winning had we got there. What do you guys think?

All joking aside, "play against Michael Jordan" is the correct answer here.

Avery Johnson is out in Dallas, according to ESPN.com.

4. Corn on the Cob 3. Mac and Cheese 1. Cheddar Biscuits (cornbread is not a side dish.) 2. Garlic Bread 4. Hash Browns 2. French Fries 4. Couscous (never had this, but after looking it up, it's pasta, and you can never go wrong with pasta.) 2. White Rice

BTW, tonight was the first time the Hornets franchise has ever won a best-of-7 series.
-
Oddly enough, I think Shaq was the only guy I saw walk up to the line and do better than split a pair of free throws in the entire fourth quarter, from both teams.
-
This sure doesn't feel like a series where the Suns could be about to lose 4-1. This is probably the most into a game not involving the Pacers I've been this year.
-
Also, no punishments will be given out for the Celtics/Hawks stuff. I guess after the backlash from the Phoenix suspensions last year, they're being real loose on this stuff.
-
The officiating has been putrid in the second half. Why exactly is that not a flagrant on Bell?
-
To be fair, Ripper does have a point. The Spurs have historically beat the Suns with great offensive play, not defensive play. Neither team has been able to stop the other's big guns, although Nash has relatively been a non-factor in this series.

Garnett should get an Oscar for the way he sold that "headbutt." Also, he shoved a referee during the skirmish. And Perkins and Marvin Williams apparently left the bench.

Larry Brown is the new coach of the Bobcats.

Byron Scott wins Coach of the Year.
