That's probably true and all, but what THIS 12 year old did was cold-blooded MURDER. If you have Foley's second book, I suggest you read the part at the end that covers this trial and the list of injuries the girl suffered. I believe the coroner or whoever examined her body said it looked like she was a victim of MAJOR CAR ACCIDENT(I think. It was compared to something that could kill a human being). After he was told she was dead, he asked the mom if he could live with her and have the young girl's toys. And even during the trials, he has shown no remorse for what he did, NONE WHATSOEVER. I don't even wact to hear the "Well, he's only 12, maybe he doesn't know what death is" because that's complete bullshit. If being put on trial for what he did didn't clue him in on what a horrible act he committed was wrong, then there's no hope for him and there's no use in even trying rehabilitate him. Unless he developed a hint of compassion since the initial trials, then there's no reason to check his mental state again because he obviously has NO compassion.

The guy who's playing Cyclops is fine. The person writing Cyclops' roles in the first two movies, however, is not. If all they are going to do is make Cyke out to be a lil bitch just Mr. Overrated can knock him at every turn, then I don't want to see X3, even if they DO use the Phoenix storyline for it.

For some reason he's been granted the proverbial "go apeshit" card. Supposedly he helped out Dames with something concerning the board, so he can do whatever the hell he wants. He's been given no "go apeshit" card. He's keeping the meaningless crap where it belongs and rarely does he ever leave HD, so there's no problem with him there. If you have a serious problem with how Dames runs his board, either take it up with him or stop crying about it(not you, Andrew).

Banky helpped Dames when the board crashed and asked to be let back and Dames let him. It was his call and I personally had no problem with it. Also, Banky never tried to get back on the board again after he was banned unlike most of the others who've gotten the axe around here. As for Smarkzone, fuck him. If he wants to keep coming back, I'll gladly keep banning him.
