Actually I think Christian started to change his character around after Rock gave him a speech about how he has "it" and that he just needs to find it. Kind of ironic since at the time it didn't seem true at all, but Rock may of been right.

That Benjammin should go over Jericho CLEAN at Backlash? I can't see the fans buying into Shelton if he loses to Jericho, especially with the way this feud is building. I like Jericho, but he's totally taking away all of Sheltons heat with his antics. Calling him a little bitch repeatedly? Shelton HAS to go over, clean, and hopefully decisively.

That was horrible, he just beat the hell out of him for 10 minutes straight. The crowd was quiet as hell, no heat, nothing. They were pretty much out of it by the time Batista came out. That ruined Raw for me. That was done poorly, they built up JR having to go in there by himself the whole night, they showed JR pacing back and forth, they showed JR nervously walking into the ring. You expected Batistas limo to show up right at the start and save JR...but instead predicatbly HHH beats the living s*** out of JR for what seemed like eternity. And than the end, you think JR gives a damn that he won the match? He just got beaten to a bloody damn pulp. I never understand why they every once in a while just have JR get his ass kicked. I don't like the guy but it's pointless. JR will be back in the broadcast booth next week and this segment will have served on purpose or helped anyone except Vince probably in the back laughing at JR getting beat down.

I changed my mind, this Raw sucked thanks to the main event. HHH beating the s*** out of JR while fun to watch at the same time is NOT fun to watch. It took WAYYYYY too long for Batista to come out.

The Viscera stuff was great. I actually have to say that Raw has been written nicely tonight, it seemed like the midcard really got a chance to try to develop their characters. It felt fresh for some reason.

The difference between Christian and Cena is that Christian has that coolness, but it doesn't feel forced. He doesn't go over the top with it like Cena. But Christian has slowly pretty much got himself a defined character. I think if the MSG crowd loves you it's a good sign, we've seen that particular crowd turn people's careers around. Tomko is a great straight man, sort of the Diesel to Christians HBK (not that Christian is anywhere near that).

He's actually been starting to getting cheered for the last few weeks. It seems like every week theirs a bigger pop for him. That's why it's nice, it's not some sudden thing that the WWE has forced down our throats, it's spontaneous, people have slowly been getting into Christian more and more. And that promo he just cut on Cena put him over the top.

And I bet not a single damn person believes him when he tells them.

Just have to wonder who the lucky bastards are that have been in Trish's bed lately.

Piper could still have a great role as a manger if used properly. Theirs alot of guys who could use him as a mouth piece. I like that Benjammin is actually getting a FEUD. He should go over Jericho again and again and again.

Ah well, I still like Shawn Micheals. He may be a dick, but as long as he puts on good matches I have no problem with him currently. I CAN believe that he has changed, because I don't have any evidence to the contrary. Are their reports coming out that Shawn is some huge backstage cancer right now? That his peers hate him? I know that Austin and Shawn are better friends now, I think he said it in his book that he didn't care for Shawn back in the 90's but this time around he's become cool with him. Shawn's also said that he has no interest in getting the World Title again, he's perfectly content with his current role on Raw. So I'll just enjoy the guy putting on good matches.

I do legitly think Shawn has cleaned himself up and is a better man now, but is their really any way for any of us to know? I'm just going by hearing him talk on Byte This about how its more about the quality of matches at this point in his career instead of being about wins and losses. We don't know these guys personally we're just going by what the dirt sheets tell us. Backstage politics will always exist, most guys on top use it. How about Austin? How about Flair? How about Angle? I don't think you should just hate guys based on that. Although I can see why people hate Shawn for all the 90s stuff, if it affects the product negatively than it's bad, but I don't see the point of choosing sides when you don't know the whole story or don't know the people involved.

Actually Wiz are suffering from HORRIBLE coaching. They've had 4th quarter leads in their last 3 home games but have just choked them away. Eddie Jordan has no sense on how to manage the game clock, control the game tempo, this late in the year their is NO set rotation and none of the bench players know their role. And the defense, my god it's the worst defense in NBA history bar none. Arenas had 44 tonight and they still didn't beat an Iverson less Philly at home. They had a 13 point lead in the 4th and choked it away with quick shots and horrible clock management. They are the definition of limping into the playoffs right now. They were literally the 4th seed last week, and now they're barely hanging onto the 6th seed. I'm thinking Eddie Jordan could get fired.

Shawns problem was that he was an ass. Shawn was a dick, as known by everybody, had wayyyy too much backstage pull, and was pissing people off. Him and Bret just hated each other. But when is the karma supposed to catch up with Shawn? He has a hot wife, he's back in wrestling still putting on good matches, probably respected by his current peers, and overall is living a quality life. And Bret? He's old and bitter, still complaining about all of this at every oppertunity. He got buried in WCW, got divored, suffered a stroke, and other horrible stuff. Hassan is quickly becoming the best male heel the WWE has. This guy could get any feud over with his promos and I can imagine them building a feud around him going undefeated for a long time and being denyed a world title shot because of his heritage, and eventually he takes it in his own hands and attacks Batista. I see the guy as Champion within a year.

Her heel tactics are just NASTY. She took out Christie AND Lita in awesome fashion. And the fact that SHE requested the rematch just for her to do that is so EVIL, I love it. She seriously is the best heel right now.

The crowd is starting to dig him more and more, and Mania and than him beating Jericho on Raw in awesome fashion has got to be moving his stock up. He just NEEDS one big feud for the crowd to really buy into him. I think the IC Champ should always have a good feud with the hell, remember HHH got pretty over himself as a face after his big midcard feud with the Rock.

Hey can't blame the crowd for hating Lita, but heels just don't do stuff like that anymore.

I'd like to see Pipers Pit, HBK/Angle, Hogan/Hassn and the Ladder match.

I think it's more about him putting on quality classic type matches as opposed to just having a good win/loss record.

Ok, so they DID show more? I thought I didn't hear some of that stuff last night..but I didn't really realize. Yeah, the whole being married to Piper thing was new, and him yelling at the kids screaming for Brookie was new, definetly a much better speech.

Wow, on the replay their actually showing more of Hogans speech, it's definetly much better unedited.

BTW, Stallone just came off as a really unlikeable Hollywood type. Him saying "I'm in depth to the wrestling world", WTF? He's had nothing to do with the Wrestling world, hell Arnold has done more with the WWE than Sly has. WTF with the commercial breaks?
