Still 34.99, but if it does most of what it says there, I'd pay. I think multiplayer will be a totally interesting concept as you can either have everyone playing in the same area or in different parts of the world. Also what I find interesting is that you can play with the whole world in mind, or just your little part of it. That will definitely be a unique aspect as you can make the whole point of a multiplayer game as building up your federation to be #1 of the certain area you play in.
