Interesting.... Only 2 teams in the TSM Keeper League have gone 2-0 and 0-2. This season looks to be like a really tough year for us all in the Keeper League.
-
Congrats SmootCriminal on your win against me in TSM's Keeper League. It was hard fought and well won (I can't believe I played Gabriel). I'm putting out that I would like trade offers for a good quality WR.

So far, I'm calling this game poorly played. Fumbles a plenty, low scoring and just bad play calling.
-
Hm... It could work, but you'd still have to fix having a ton of players in the market. The main problem is there really isn't many players that aren't playing on major teams. To flood the market, you'd have to bring up a lot of rookies.

kkk NFL pick 'em contest thread: Week 2
Lightning Flik replied to kkktookmybabyaway's topic in Sports
I'm now 1-1 on the season as I lost against Cerebus's blank picks. Dammit. Although I can win the Min/PHI game, I lose on Tiebreaker. Dammit it all. -
Explain how you would EXPAND free agency. I'm not quite getting it. Do you mean have no restricted free agency, or what?
-
... That has been overused so badly, I can't laugh at these types of jokes. Also why did this not go in the OaO Fable Thread? It's still on the first page.
-
It's not too little too late actually. FFVII still to this day gets talked about. Hell, it's the only game to have GOD only knows how many fan fics and debates about the game to this very day (we just had a huge ass discussion on the ending of FFVII). They waited this long so as it doesn't seem like overkill.

Dammit JMA... That's a long list. A lot of girls on there, I like too. Cool going. But how the hell can you put on Mihoshi and forget Kiyone?! That's blasphmy.
-
Because it is. Artificial restraints on salaries do nothing but line the owners' pockets with money. Seriously, the system needs some type of restraints. The MLB has the free agency draft picks are lost depending on who you sign for free agency, right? Well, the NHL has no safeguards of the type. That's why I want at least some type of resistant. Not really a safeguard on spending money, but to make sure a team fields a freaking team and not go broke.

I'm partial to Nel of Star Ocean 3 now. Her and Maria... Mmm....

To fix salary arbitration had been looked at by the NHLPA as a salary cap like idea. It was actually one of the six deals that the NHL put forward to the NHLPA before the NHLPA gave their "pity try". I'm going what most of the new reports were on those six deals. The NHLPA thinks that any change that hinders its players contracts is an attempt at a salary cap by the NHL. This is a major reason why I can't side at all with the players.

Lindros looked down. Sorry, but if you look down (meaning head goes down, not just glance downwards) for the puck instead of keeping your head up, you get those types of hits. Ugly, but still clean.

OaO Fantasy Football Advice Thread
Lightning Flik replied to TheOriginalOrangeGoblin's topic in Sports
Rudi was supposed to be my other back and I have no idea why I'm having that trad for Rudi not being put through till next week. I don't have anyone else. As I stated before, Rudi is supposed to be my other running back, but for some fucked up reason, I don't get him till next week. If Suggs doesn't start, just my luck, I guess. -
kkk NFL pick 'em contest thread: Week 2
Lightning Flik replied to kkktookmybabyaway's topic in Sports
I hadn't seen him post and if he was PMing you, they would've been up before the deadline. Hence, I just put two and two together. I better not lose to his emergency picks. -

I just found out that my trade for Rudi Johnson won't give me him till week 3. What's the most likely I'll get for stats on Suggs? Just so I can see how badly I'll lose. -

Did Cerebus ever send you his picks, kkk? Or those his emergency picks? Just curious. -

Yes, I meant Rudi. I should've been a little more specific. -
OaO Fantasy Football Advice Thread

Recently for in the WDI league, I got Suggs and R. Johnson joining my team for running backs. They'll be joining Brian Westbrook, so now I've got depth at runningback. Hopefully. Who out of the three should I install as my two runningbacks? I'm thinking Westbrook for sure, but it's the other two that I'm not really too sure about. Suggs has a spinal injury but if he fully plays could have a good game; whereas I've got a more assured thing about of R.Johnson, but he hasn't really impressed. Who should I choose? -
Bettman and Robbin would so have to be about the NHLPA. As this all screws the fans more so than anything else.

FF:SW is what I meant to put. Final Fantasy: Spirits Within, my bad. Kingdom Hearts 2 is currently slated for Quarter 2 or 3 (3 being push back date if needed, as you know how Square loves to push things back). FF:AC is slated for sooner than that (if I'm not wrong it's already out in Japan, so it's only like Q4 this year to late Q1 next), but that is because it was actually in process before KH2. And we have totally deviated away from the purpose of this thread. Personally, I'm intrigued about the new game, and wonder just how much tiding up FF:AC does then, if the new game continues a year after AC.

First of all, thank you for thinking I rule. However, I cannot take credit, I stole this from someone... But I appreciate the ruleness. Maybe I should pop up the NIS banner into my sig if everyone loves Disgaea so much *banner has now been added*. Check the second trailer for Advent Children. I watched like 5 times last night. Needless to say, I'm sucked into it. Everyone loves the drunken posts LPM. Don't fret about it. Although, I will never post drunk, simply because I've never been drunk nor do I ever wanna be. *can hear a hoard of TSMs planning to get me drunk* ...aw Bloody Hades, I knew I should've kept my mouth shut. Actually Andrew, probably not, since only half of who was needed (100 to 50 I think) to produce FF:WS created FF:AC. Yeah, I don't get how that works, but apparently it does. Everything has been pushed back into the next year as I think they are trying to spread out the games a little better (and I mean all video gaming companies). What's this? Vincent? Misued? More like "we'll toss in a guy that deserves his own game, but shaft his story and potential in this game". As for the compilation, it means that expect to know a lot more about the world of Final Fantasy VII than you'd want (meaning probably they are making FFVII into a series of games and movies). Meh... I'm not that obessessed with the Japanese culture to think they are deities or something. Just a lot of their culture I find interesting. And I certainly don't mind questioning of the Japanese culture. I mean, there are somethings that you just go "why"; like rorikon (also see: lolikon or lolicon, for those of you who were like me and went, "ok, what's this... OMG! NO! WRONG! SO WRONG!"*****). As a matter of fact, I do have a life outside of anime and gaming otaku. Just, haven't explored it fully since I'm in college right now. Don't mention him... God, him and his all superior attitude made me fearful of saying "watashi no otaku." ...yeah, to anyone who can translate that sentence, I'm fully aware that the syntax and how it is meant is wrong. They aren't that bad... They just have a set way of life that you have to uphold to have any respect in their culture. However, you don't, then you are screwed. And because many people don't know the majority of their customs, they get set in the dog house easily. I don't know all of them myself, but I have been told that very fact by many Japanese transfer students who were in my high school way back when. ***** The Warning Provided For Rorikon is in spoilers, highlight at own risk: It's guy with littlle girl usually of the age 12 or less. So freaking wrong...

I didn't mean it that way. I'm just saying though that technically BC comes before DC. ...hey. Is it just me or does the two names just have a simularity I stumbled upon by chance? BC and DC... Oh boy... And the amount of otakudom shall be raised when I put up my new avatar (should be momentarily splashed up) and for whenever I get around to getting that new banner I've been meaning to either, a - steal, or, b - create. Besides, I think us otaku are the greatest people on earth, because we are so friendly (I have yet to meet a bad otaku online or IRL). I would kill for Chrono Trigger: Tale of Janus... But sadly, Square ain't budging on that one. Simply because they fucked up CC.

Bob, I'm sorry, but I can't seem to find it. I don't have it on my harddrive and the site that formerly had it up (it's main site) doesn't seem to be up anymore. I might've missed it, but otherwise, I'm afraid I'm useless in this case.

Uh... Ced... This would actually be FFVII-3. There's also Before Crisis. While Before Crisis is only being released on Cell Phones, it is coming out before DoC:FFVII. And yes, that's just freaking nuts that they are pumping out sequels to games that did not need sequels to. I don't mind, FFVII: Advent Children. It's a movie, that's all.
