btw the entire 50 first dates sountrack is 80s songs covered in a reggae vein including another cure song - friday im in love the cure may be my all time favorite artist and i thought 311 did a great job not as strong as cure covers on compilations like "disintegrated" but still solid

i love megadeth but yes i can admit mustaine is kind of a dick and not a great singer but you can feel his passion for the music it becomes tangible sometimes thats better than a great guy or great "technical" player/singer id love for him to get newstead or some other people from the old scene like an all star thrash band and just go do a club tour and just give a great big metal FU every night
