i heard about this on the radio the hosts made a lot of jokes like "guess they arent making their next date on the tour" and jokes about the "save me" song saying it didnt work classy!! ive been to thousands of shows and always kinda thought about how lax the security can be for something like this to happen..not as bad as this but just in general about getting a gun in

those arenas would be too big IMO the fleet center holds like 18-20 k for a concert when i saw them at the centrum which is like 10 k on the swine tour with cheap trick it was half full they did pretty well at the amphitheater here with scorps (probably like 12 k) but less i heard the next time they played the same place with Megadeth while the 80s/hair metal nostalgia is bigger than it was thier last few tours, they really should be playing slightly smaller venues..who knows maybe the promise of the fairwell and a big stage show (as in drum stnunt) might be enough to sell some out?

i like the top idea as the one that will be revealed (and im someone whos been all over the luthor theory since day 1) the dialogue and meltzer signaling it out add some weight to it plus the flash and jsa tie-ins were always pushed as the bigger tie ins

i liked new avengers 1 i wish it was a double sized number one just to give a little more story but obviously the cliff hanger was cool and requied a little less story didnt do ultimates 2 as i dont do any ultimate comics even though ti wasnt asked about id like to recomend the new thunderbolts series..its pretty good and has those patented t-bolt twists..grummett's art is way rushed though and doesnt look so good

avengers finale , out this week, was significantly improved

he's always willing to morph and maniplulate things to fit his views and push viewers etc. i love all his movies, and this one the most but just to be clear i ofthen disagree with many of the ideas and or ideals hes presenting but find he does them in such an entertaining way (moviemaking wise) that i can still appreciate him

FYI: Metallica wasnt on Clash of the Titans tour Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax rotated each stop as the headliners and Alice In Chains opened they should have been on the justice tour around (not exactly at that time but around) that time with cult or queensryche opening up.. edit: actually around that time they may have been done with justice touring altogether and working on the black album cause that came out in summer 91 the only package tours metallica have done since puppets (not counting like a big one day euro festival, or woodstock or something) Monsters of Rock 86-87(VH, scorpions, dokken, kingdom come) GNR/Faith No More Stadium tour Lollapalooza 96 (ramones, soundgarden, rancid, psychotica, screeming trees, wu-tang on some dates and many others) their 2 Summer Sanitariums that they headlined

probably the last time i saw Aerosmith on the 9 lives tour free tickets but still not worth it! worst one i was dragged to was meredith brooks? the woman who did "bitch" girl who had no similar music taste but she was hot so i wouldve went to anything for a piece o that pie i know so many guys my age from this area who got dragged to NKOTB/Tiffany by their jr. high girlfriends thats always a funny story

Mastodon are sooo damn good live especially if you can catch them at a smaller club most recent purchase i can recomend is Amorphis "Far from the sun" not as heavy as most of the stuff i know you like from posts on the board but i think you'd still like it
