i use to run a comic store and still stop in occassionally but have felt really disenfranchised (sp?) lately and havent been buying anything but i read a blurb about this story and flipped through pt 1 and bought the whole series so damn good anybody like me who feels all "blah" towards comics lately GO BUY THIS!!! for those who dont know franklin is kidnapped to hell by doom and the battle leaves scars for everyone involved..definetly not a tired old doom encounter the follow up "5th wheel" is great to too bad they are getting rid of Waid..idiots

i love that crap i even bought Abyss and The End ..cant wait for the Thanos series

not sure what the "exact" deal is with it ..i know it is very limited right now and that they are expecting problems with espn/ the regular networks over trying to air "real" games live or replays..ill do some digging on the net for some concrete info

any fans of polly jean out there ive always been a big fan and had on "rid of Me" and "stories..." on this past couple of hours and thought ive never seen her and her work discussed seen live twice both excellent (unfortunately both on the to bring you my love tour as in i havent gotten around to seeing her again) one with tricky opening up and one openeng up for Live best album is a toss up between the two i mentioned before but everyhting is good even dance hall dry (which some fans dont liek for some reason) her lyrics are very inspiring and introspective and in general is a very unheralded artist..hearing "rid of me" and "4 track demos" from a friend years ago really changed my music life

id rather see more backstory on the demon referred to in "new Nightmare" that just used Kreuger as a vessel or "version"

they may jam a lot in but too bad every one of them has stuff cut out (liek a few lines to fit more commercials in) it may not seem like a lot but when youre someone who has them on tape and watches over and over again you can say what was cut out exactly while watching an episode- thats why im glad like 70-80% are taped from the original airing and REALLY glad about the dvds

"Jason X TANKED so I don't hold much hope on this from a financial standpoint, however..." i saw it on sunday and liked it a lot never saw any friday movies (only rented pt 9 to see the freddy cameo) but LOVE the Nightmare series the movie really felt like a nightmare movie, just with Jason in it *spoiler* (i still havent done the new spoiler tags please help) im surprised i saw people say Jason was the winner to me it was a draw

great series was always on in syndication before or around the same time as various wrestling shows

stupid or not, *SPOILER* i really wanted to see a cameo by pinhead saying "welcome to hell" or "we have such sights to show you" or something like that ..i even stayed through the credits of F vs J waiting for it
