What was the deal w/ Johnny Valiant's WWF departure in 1987? Was there any bad blood there? Or was it a mutual deal?

Michelle fell off her horse, hit her head, and had amnesia. Lucky for her, her memory was restored by the end of the ep and everyone lived happily ever after. On the flip side, what was Roseanne's finale about? Never saw it.

What was the biggest crowd pop EVER?

Couldn't agree more, especially for the Virgil face turn. The crowd was pleading to explode on impact. -
For fans of 1980s WWF squash shows, what was the deal w/ jobber Rick Hunter? Was he a friend of Patterson? He was old, extremely clumsy, and looked horrible. Not only that, but he would also get booked as The Gladiator. How did he have a job for as long as he did? He was beyond putrid out there.

In Edge's eyes, Foley cost Edge the WWE Championship. Since Edge can't get another rematch, beating Foley at WM is the next best thing. Because Shawn wouldn't play ball w/ Vince's Bret bashing party on Raw a few months ago. Already covered. The Boogeyman adheres to no rhyme or reason. Because Vince has deemed them #1 contenders. Masters has the mentality of a meathead. --------------------------------- Sorry, this is the best I could do. And OT, will people quit quoting the picture of Test. Enough is enough!

If the online version is $35 then maybe, if it's more than no way.

Ron Simmons winning the WCW Championship definitely deserves honorable mention. -
Through it all "Health Care" remains my favorite episode. The phone conversation between Dwight and Jan is among my favorite exchanges of the series.

I hope they're at least reimbursing him for the movie tickets so he can do his wwe.com Unlimited film reviews.

Most forgettable stint in a promotion

My favorite Busick moment was seeing him and Wippleman bully around (how apropos) Mike McGuirk when Sid Justice's music hit. Sid came down and beat Busick in a 20sec improptu match after the powerbomb. It was weird that the WWF still had the sack to continue "pushing" Busick for another 2 months before cutting him (or maybe he quit, I dunno). Would have been a perfect way for his run to end. -
If ya really want to get technical, there's a verse in which Jacques and Pierre are talking (more like yelling) to each other in French.
-
Definitely. I really don't know exactly what about WrestleMania this year is supposed to draw head and shoulders above any other ppv. So ya got 2 World Title matches and what should be an awkward match between HBK/McMahon. Granted, the show could turn out a lot better than what we're giving it credit for but as far as drawing casual fans that wouldn't ordinarily order a ppv, I don't see many willing to part w/ $50 for this show.
-
The WM21 webcast was $50. I don't know how they can expect to get away w/ making it that much this year as well. For $35, it'd be a last minute decision but for $50, it's an automatic no-go.

and that's "hot"? the heel bitches walk around with half a titty hanging out. Picturing Big Dust in your avatar saying that made it gold.
-
I really do like the fact that wwe.com posts videos of Raw every week. I don't have to sit through the show and can watch about 5min of highlights instead. For the 2nd week in a row, the HoF video looked to be the most interesting part of the show.

RVD needs half the ECW roster to beat one man? WTF? Oh, he will be facing the unstoppable HHH. He'll probably need the entire roster, then. Think Kid Kash's TV Title win over Rhino. Same thing.
-
My guess --- RVD blows the Money in the Bank match but still has a mini-feud w/ HHH which creates a non-title match w/ HHH that RVD will win w/ help from 1/2 the ECW roster . . . or he gets the title match which ends in a big shmozz.
-
To destroy ECW of course. Why isn't this in the ECW: ONS2 thread?
-
Yeah, he just turned heel a week or two prior. The superfans in the front row (Vladimir and gang) had a sweet lookin' "The Madness is Back" banner along the front row. Cheesy ending w/ Warrior being distracted by Rude's posing and losing by CO, but going in, they couldn't realisitically job either guy.
