I will say I have never seen Undertaker sell pain like that before. His facial expressions alone was some of the best selling of a beatdown I've seen in quite some time. Certainly was far better than hitting the ground like a ton of bricks and sitting back up over and over and over again.

Jim Cornette on thin ice. Again

At the risk of being off topic, check out Reno 911. That might change your mind. -
1 - Danny Basham 2 - Tyson Tomko 3 - Scotty 2 Hotty 4 - Heidenreich 5 - Ivory Best Bet --- Funaki Phone Avoider --- Tyson Tomko Even though he'll probably be released in 10 minutes . . . I have a sneaky feeling they may spare Val Venis.

Good read dude.

Up until the outcome of the commitment cermony itself that is.

I really don't see the big stink about the Mexicools either. Granted, I missed their debut so I can't speak on that. But the vibe I get from them is that they whomp ass in an attempt to inspire their people to rise above and beyond "the gringos".

Well, not only would ya get a chance to meet The Hulkster, but maybe he'd even pay for dinner. If not, it's milkshake city at Friendly's for The Hogans.

I never find wrestling offensive to me. Stupid, yes. Insulting, yes. Embarassing . . . almost always. Despite being a loyal watcher/follower of wrestling since the 1980s, I just don't emotionally invest myself enough to let something really offend me. However, I wish Vince would have the good sense to tweak these "superstars" to the point that they're a lot more "human" and much less "character"-ish.

All the more reason to fight for it.

Finally! Kurt Angle DVD announced...
MillenniumMan831 replied to pochorenella's topic in The WWE Folder
Please let his promo the night after his No Mercy 2000 win be on it. "I was the first ever EuroContinental Champion in WWF history . . . well, actually D-Lo Brown was the first ever EuroContinental Champ, BUT HE DOESN'T COUNT!" And the History of the WWF/E Championship COULD be a re-release of the 1987 Coliseum Video of the same name. -
Movies you've seen WAY too many times
MillenniumMan831 replied to Epic Reine's topic in Television & Film
- Major League - Not positive if it's because it's really that great of a movie or if it's because I'm from Cleveland and the humor hits home . . . hell, pick a team from Cleveland and Hollywood can produce a movie about how wretched it is. - Office Space - A fantastic movie and another one that hits home seeing as how I have an office job. The cake scene w/ Milton and the overweight middle-aged ladies was surreal. -
Give me reasons to hate Shawn Michaels.

I rest my case as well. -

Are webcasts of the event ordered figured into this somehow?

I don't know how good it would look for Snitsky to get knocked down w/ the rainbow-colored Skittles Ring Bell.

Brian Gewirtz leaves WWE writing team
MillenniumMan831 replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
I guess the writer from Knight Rider will have to step up his game . . . whoever he is. -
They also had the Slim Jim Challenge Tournament in 1995.

I was under the impression that came after the heel turn as Dusty was challenging them to a fight the night the spike went into his eye.

Couple old NWA ?s: - How did the Midnight Express turn face in 1988? - How did the Road Warriors turn heel in 1988? Thanks.

Vince did an interview recently where be basically begged GM to run ads on WWE programming. Can't remember where the interview was from though.
-
Hopefully, they give Jindrak his Reflection of Perfection gimmick back. He was really starting to show some personality in his matches before they yanked it away so he could buddy up w/ Angle.
-
Actually, I think he was announced as the Ultimate Giant as that is what Andre wanted to be known as during his feud w/ the Ultimate Warrior.
-
None of the matches were announced on television.

Reminds me of a Survivor Series graphic.

Who is that new ring announcer on RAW???
MillenniumMan831 replied to Kizzo's topic in The WWE Folder
I sure hope that is a pre-dress code picture.
