I bet the money they'd have given Goldust next year will probably go to a returning Kurrgan.

I would guess that photo was from 1992-93. -
From SummerSlam 1994: Savage: And now, I'm going to do the thing in the ring! Vince: (Must've been a bit befuddled) Yes, Macho Man gonna do da ting uh da ting!

Ironically enough, they played that same angle a year earlier, but without any significant meaning. Really? I know they did the same thing on Raw in 1996 with Goldust/Savio Vega, but nothing in 1994. Of course, I kinda fell out of wrestling from late 1993-late 1994. -
WTF is wrong with Joe Namath?!? "I want to kiss you." Suzy sounded terrified.

Double shame he's not on commentary w/ Tony Schiavone.

I do miss the theme of the day. They oughta reinstate him on the condition tht he only pposts entrance themes.

Is Austin even allowed to partake in the beer bashes? His probation was lifted months ago. Fair enough, but he's been doing beer bashes seemingly right after he came back.

I started consistently watching in January 1989 with an episode of SuperStars where Honky nailed Bret Hart with his guitar. I read spoilers in 1998 but was still quite the mark. I guess I became a 'smart' mark sometime in 1999.

They're too bored to chant "boring" now.

It's Ric Flair. Oh, and maybe Stevie will make an appearance.

SOLID! I'm getting the LIVE feed while everyone gets a 15 second delay . . . or something like that.

They may as well put the I-C Title on the line just for kicks.

I'd mark out if Jericho brought out a jug of coffee.

I'm a rebel, I voted for Mabel. Personally, I was hoping for The Roadie to win it that year.

The Nike commercial with Bo Jackson and Bo Diddley. "Bo, you don't know diddley!" And when you think Larry Appleton, you gotta be thinking the DANCE of JOY!!!

Well, Mr. T vs. Kevin Sullivan is considered the most celebrated Starrcade match of all time.

I don't know why they brought him in. He seemed respectful of the wrestlers, but he was awful. By the end, Monsoon was totally ignoring him making a partially guilt-ridden Savage acknowledge Art's nonsense. "Boy, how much does this guy weigh?!?" --- That would be a Donovanism. He must of said that line 30 times throughout the night. BTW, I saw Donovan on the opening sketch of Monday Night Football. I think it was before the Colts/Bucs game. I think they did an old school/new school thing. Still looks about the same as in 1994.

Yeah, how can you lose to Kanyon one week, and go over Goldberg clean right after. Like I said, I'm glad he got the spot, but they could have booked it better. My big complaint is that I don't think Kanyon ever got a Title shot. You'd think he'd be belly-hooing around saying he's the Real World's Champion until he gets a shot on Nitro/Thunder. Then, Booker can beat him clean and move on.

- Goldberg over Kane/HHH in the Main Event. - RVD over Orton by DQ (Seems too obvious that Orton will take the belt, even for WWE. Foley will DQ the blue chipper). - Deacon Batista (I'll always call him that) over HBK when Michaels passes out. - Booker T over Mark Henry but I got a feeling the feud will continue. - Jericho/Christian over Trish/Lita when a dickly Christian pins Trish. Christian/Jericho argue afterwards. - Cade/Jindrak win Tag Team Turmoil when they draw #6 and knock off the Dudleyz at the end who drew #3 and thus majorly tired.
