No, unfortunately it's not the same. They update w/ 10 videos/matches on the 1st of the month and 10 more on the 15th (assuming it's a weekday). The video quality however is much better than in years past. It's now 750k which is pretty much tv quality. Each month has about 2-4 old Raws, an Introducing (someone's debut), JR's pick of the month, My Favorite (a wrestler's favorite match), Hotbed ep, History of the IC Title ep, and the rest are themed matches. The $39.95 for the year is a pretty solid option. I would recommend saving each video into your WMP library and renaming the filename so you can find each match quickly. I say this since they tend not to archive the videos into their respective categories.

I'm sure he did. I just remember Monsoon sounding completely exhausted when he refused Heenan's request.

Gorilla: By joining the WWF Fan Club, you get autographed photos, free tickets, and a theme music tape! Heenan: Hand me the phone. Gorilla: NO, I'm NOT handing you the phone!

They could easily subtly tease it as MVP before Kennedy turns out to be the one that betrays WWE. He can even cite being suspended by Vince as provocation.

Do you enjoy seeing a Woman get beat up, if shes an annoying heel?

After seeing the entire run of ECW on TNN last year, I can safely say that they went WAY OVERBOARD on violence on women. It was fuckin ridiculous. That said, I didn't mind what happened last night when Rotundo gave Jillian the airplane spin. It was certainly silly and most marks would agree that an annoying woman isn't going to draw much sympathy getting dizzy and placed on her feet. Sherri was definitely special in the regard that Hogan could whip her from pillar to post and no one (men or women) seemed to feel sorry for her since everyone knew she'd be back angrier, crazier, and louder than ever. -
Yeah, I never got into the Perfect/Bossman storyline. Looking back, face Bossman wasn't all that intriguing save for the Bossman/Mountie feud. I'm guessing they'll plop Perfect/Michaels from the Stars and Stripes special or maybe Perfect/Bulldog which included Perfect's "AHHHH, You son of a BITCH!" line after locking into a test of strength w/ DBS. As for the Mega Powers/Twin Towers match . . . The Towers sure looked pretty incompetent once it became 2-on-1 against Hogan. After a 20+ minute match, Hogan just casually hulks up and dispatches Akeem/Bossman like the team of Duane Gill and Barry Hardy. Made the whole winter of 1988 feud seem pretty silly.

Let's not exaggerate . . . it was only 36 men silly.

I remember when Bischoff first introduced it as a combination of the Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, and War Games. Had me quite intrigued. While I didn't hate the original, I couldn't get into it since HBK winning it was as bad as HHH keeping the belt at the time. I've since mellowed out to Michaels as my petty hatred for a worker as shifted to Edge ever since the spear has been sold as a main event finisher but that's neither here nor there.

I still find it a tad surreal that DDP got a clean win in his only WrestleMania match.

Very nice. Finally saw the History of the IC Title Part IX . . . what a fuckin nice match Perfect/Santana was from SNME. Even though Santana is always booked like a bum (getting sidetracked by managers way too easily, ect), it seems like he has enough control of the outline of the match that he's able to suck in the 'smart mark' that assumes prematch that he has no chance into thinking THIS IS THE NIGHT he's FINALLY going to win a big match (post Strike Force).

DOOMSDAY CAGE! I thought the same exact thing. So when Flair takes the pin, hopefully he doesn't have to retire.

Or wait for a more official announcement instead of King and JR vaguely bantering back and forth about it Somehow I don't think Jim Rome, Mariotti and the rest will wait for an official announcement. wwe.com pretty much confirmed it's a work as the article about the weigh-in had this passage . . . The mammoth grabbed “Money,” scooping him up and tossing him into a group of WWE Superstars on the arena floor. Shane McMahon and security had to step in to separate Mayweather’s posse and the Superstars, but as they did, a bigger concern arose: The Greatest Fighter in the World slinked away clutching his right elbow, appearing to have suffered a possible injury. The extent of the possible injury is unknown, as "Money" and his camp quickly left the Bradley Center before he could be evaluated. http://www.wwe.com/shows/raw/articles/6066602/maniaweighin

I remember being psyched since SummerSlam 92 aired on my birthday and my cousin let me watch it at his house since we didn't have cable. Not being a wrestling fan, he had to constantly remind me that it couldn't possibly be live since it's the middle of the night in the UK. Like I gave a shit on my 10th birthday. Though he and his wife were thoroughly entertained by the HBK/Sherri/Martel saga.

I remember when the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie came out, Burger King sold VHS tapes of the cartoon. I still remember the title of mine was 'April Fools'. I remember the BK in the mall right across the hall from the theater being ridiculously packed the day my buddy and I went. One of those instances where my mother just didn't want to put up with the hustle and bustle just for a stupid tape and movie, but she was a good sport.

It'll be interesting to see if this plays out as it reads. At least it didn't seem to get put over that way. It was more of a 'tough break' for Joe than it was the ref screwing him.

He basically said that he's not a one woman man and that he had to see what other fish were in the sea. McCool was obviously quite relieved afterwards.

At least they had some closure involved. And I must say I marked for the 2nd backstage segment done in front of the Brad Daugherty mural (the 1st was the Kofi/Kelly/Layla segment on ECW).

You can't say goddamn on pay per view.

WWE 24/7 Discussion - March 2008

It was in the middle of the Rhodes/DiBiase feud. DiBiase butted in and tried to get Rhodes to be his servant. When Rhodes turned him down, DiBiase and Virgil attacked and the soon-to-be former IC Champ Kerry Von Erich made the save. The next week, DiBiase bought his way as the special guest ring announcer for the Tornado/Perfect title match.
