Maybe Flair will get drunk and show Bush his weapon of mass destruction?
-
I doubt that will happen. They're already running promo's for the triple threat at Backlash.
-
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I doubt Vince could cover it up this time, though.
-
This couldn't have went into the actual thread? Not every bit of "news" warrents it's own thread.
-
That's probably it right there. Shelton and HBK have been wrestling Flair and Batista all weekend at house shows. But, Triple H and Benoit been wrestling each other a lot as well and we still haven't seen that. bLeH, I don't know what I'm talking about... Maybe Edge will finally speak or have a match so we can see what his character is?

John Cena can go to Hell. He had no right to throw a bag of peanuts at Fifi when her back was turned. The man is a coward!

Janis and her bands music was good and you shouldn't judge a real artist on their looks you MTV baby boomer. I think Pink will pull off a pretty good Janis. She might as well do this since her recent album doesn't seem to be doing that well.

Any pictures of Snuka Junior?

If there is a rematch and Triple H cheats to win it wouldn't be that bad as long as Shelton goes on to have a upper mid-card feud with someone that matters. That's how you give a mid-carder the so-called rub.

Any guess what happens to Shelton now? I wouldn't mind a rematch. Triple H has been great over the last few months and you damn well know it!!!

NEW YORK (Billboard) - Guns N' Roses has canceled its scheduled May 30 headlining appearance at the Rock in Rio festival in Lisbon. In a statement, sole original member Axl Rose places the blame on guitarist Buckethead, who has apparently exited the lineup. "The band has been put in an untenable position by guitarist Buckethead and his untimely departure," Rose said. "During his tenure with the band Buckethead has been inconsistent and erratic in both his behavior and commitment -- despite being under contract -- creating uncertainty and confusion and making it virtually impossible to move forward with recording, rehearsals and live plans with confidence." Rose cited Buckethead's interest in furthering a solo career first established with the 1992 release of a self-titled album on the Avant label. The masked artist, who is never seen in the flesh or without a KFC bucket on his head, will kick off a solo tour tomorrow (March 31) in Milwaukee supporting jam band Particle. "It appears his plans were to secure a recording contract with Sanctuary Records which I encouraged my management to make available to him, quit GNR and to use his involvement in the upcoming Guns release to immediately promote his individual efforts," Rose said. "There is not a member of this camp that is not hurt, upset and ultimately disappointed," Rose added. "We as a whole definitely feel that we afforded Bucket every accommodation perhaps so much so that it may be that we, or more precisely, I may have done Guns a disservice and unintentionally allowed Guns to be put in this position." The Rock in Rio appearance was to be the group's first since a disastrous 2002 comeback tour that was canceled with 13 dates remaining. "On behalf of Guns N' Roses and myself I apologize to the fans," Rose said. "The festival and its tradition mean a lot to me personally and I sincerely do not enjoy being robbed by one of our own of the opportunity to be the first artist to play it for the third time." Rose admitted that "there are obviously several issues to resolve" regarding Buckethead's longtime involvement and the band's long-awaited Geffen album "Chinese Democracy." "In the meantime rather than dwelling on the negative, Guns will be moving forward," Rose said, "and surprisingly (without giving away any details) this unfortunate set of circumstances may have given us the opportunity to take our recording that one extra step further. Regardless we hope to announce a release date within the next few months." Reuters/Billboard

Pain killers are so easy to get. You don't have to be a football player, wrestler, etc, to get them. People go to the dentist and they get strong pills. I've did the pain killer high a few years back and never saw the big deal with it. The pills by themsevles are alright for the calm light headed feeling, but I drank on them which made me get drunk quicker which I didn't like. Plus, they rip your stomach apart the next day. I've tried a few different drugs over the years and nothing ever hooked me. I never really got off on the high from drugs. That's just me, though. I can see why others can get hooked so easy.

Hi Brock!
-
I miss Trish as a wrestler. She can be pretty aggressive when she wants to and that could work as a heel. Probably for the better, though. Trish might show up Christian.
-
My least favorite wrestler is Mark Henry. I just can't understand why he gets pushed after every injury, failed pushed, injury, failed push and on and on. I know he has that big contract, but let him sit home or down in OVW and make his down side. He sure as Hell doesn't make WWE money when he's on the active roster. And since you mentioned TV personalities, JR and King. King continues to get staler by the week while still trying to be funny and cool. JR just sounds old. Age is catching up to him.

I'm thinking about watching this on HBO at 8:00. I saw the previews when it was on PPV and thought it looked alright but never got around to ordering it. Is it worth watching?... Without giving away too much about the movie...
-
That's some scary shit.
-
Brock was. Now I don't have one favorite over all the rest. Just the regular favs, Benoit, Eddie, Jericho, etc,. There are guys who I'm really starting to like, though. Shelton has impressed the Hell out of me. Christian I've never been huge on, but something about his character with Trish I'm really enjoying.

WWE Notes: Orton, SD! Rating, Mexico Show, More
haVoc replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
WWE RAW Houseshow Results Dodge Arena, Hidalgo, TX 4/02/04 Attendance Notes: The Dodge Arena was a SELL OUT. I believed it sold out the first day tickets went on sell. 6,800 people were there. The crowd was hot all night. Match 1. The Hurricane vs. Val Venis -Decent reaction for both men. Val played face during the match, and decided to act as a heel when he lost. Winner was Hurricane with kick back to the head. Match 2. Matt Hardy vs. A-Train -While Matt was on his way to the ring, A-Train attacked him from behind. An OK bout with Hardy winning. Winner was Matt Hardy with a roll-up. Match 3. Chris Jericho vs. Christian w/ Trish Stratus -My opinion, the best match of the night. Trish comes out first and disses the Hispanic audience saying they need to get deported back to Mexico. Chris Jericho comes out and calls Trish a bitch in Spanish 'puta.' Solid match with Christian getting the win. Winner is Christian with a roll-up and with his hands holding onto the ropes. HUGE pops for Jericho. Match 4. Smackdown Cruiserweight Title: Chavo Guerrero w/ Chavo Sr. vs. Rey Mysterio -Another SOLID bout. Crowd just pops crazy for the cruiserweight action. Winner is Chavo Guerrero when Rey was going for the 619, Chavo Sr. tripped Rey's legs and Chavo got the advantage and the win with his special move(don't know what it's called). After the match Rey 619s both Chavo and Sr. at the same time. Match 5. Rhyno vs. Garrison Cade -Garrison came out during Rey's taunting and attacked him. Garrison acting like a heel told the audience they need to know how to speak English. An OK bout. Winner is Rhyno with a huge gore. Interview: Eric Bischoff comes out and just eleaborates on Chris Benoit finally getting the World Title. Benoit comes out and asks when did Bischoff ever become a Benoit fan. Crossface applied to Bischoff. Match 6. Women's Title Match: Victoria vs. Jazz vs. Molly vs. Lita -Don't know why WWE keeps referring Molly as Molly Holly. I didn't see the match but, the Winner was Victoria! 10 Minute Intermission Match 7. World Tag Titles: Ric Flair/Batista vs. Shawn Michaels/Shelton Benjamin -Hilarious match. At one point HBK goes for a roll-up pulling Flair's trunks down revealing his ass. Flair just goes around the ring and the top turnbuckle with his trunks still pulled down. Flair is in the match MOST of the time which is unreal. HUGE pops for Flair and Michaels. Barley anything for Benjamin. Winners are Flair/Batista when Batista does a spinebuster on Michaels for the 1,2,3. Match 8. Kane vs. Tajiri w/ Bischoff at ringside -Big pop for Kane. We're already past the 2 and a half hour mark and still have the main event to go! Tajiri gets some offense. Winner is Kane with the chokeslam. After the match he chokeslams Bischoff. Main Event. World Title: Chris Benoit vs. HHH -Big pop for HHH of course. Big pop for Benoit as well. LOTS of stalling at the beginning. Awesome match. Winner is Benoit making HHH tap out. After thoughts. Man, what an EVENT. Almost EVERY top guy on the RAW Roster came to a city with a population of 7,000. An almost PPV quality House show. It was literally three hours long, the longest house show I have ever been to. I guess the WWE really rewards its fans when there is a sellout. PWinsider.com -

I wish the Brock/Taker feud happen before Brock left. Wasn't Taker telling people backstage he was going to "teach Brock a lesson?" I would have liked to see Taker try to be a big man and try to go all MMA on Brock Lesnar.
-
Like he, or any of them, knew that going to the WWF lockerroom? WCW backstage was a lot different then WWF.

My Lord. I remember that episode when Kelly said "Courtney Love is one of the smartest people I've ever met."

Guess you didn't read that thread, huh?
