That's because Angle was scared Spanky might steal his spot. .....

Good thing he did. That Ric Flair guy is gonna be a superstar someday, bah gawd... Flair will never be a star. He's too small. He blows spots. His chops are weak next to Benoit's and he hasn't learned how to take a flat back bump. (Things that would be said if Ric Flair was a young rookie today)

We better try to enjoy this show because next week will be shit since it falls on a holiday.

Batista isn't as bad as everyone says he is.

Do you remember them or have you heard them on tape years later?

Cruiserweights kill the power bomb as a finisher.

Hey, anyone have a transcript of the night Flair returned to Nitro after being fired and sued by Bischoff?

Asking who kicked out of the Angle slam is almost as funny as....

TLC4 wasn't shit. The out come was shit. I wouldn't be shocked if we get another TLC match since we have the Dudleys, Christian, Jericho, RVD and now Matt Hardy on Raw. I should shut up because they would probably add Orton and Batista to the match and they'll win.

Pop music is way better right now then the late 80's/early 90's. I'll take the Britney's, Christina's, Pink's, Justin's, Nsync's, Beyonce's(sp?) over Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, New Kids On The Block, MC Hammer, Paula Abdul, Criss Cross and O'Conner anyday. Some of you didn't experience that shit.

I don't have a favorite Madonna album, but my favorite song by her is "Like A Prayer" so I voted for it. Always like "Get into the groove" as well.

Here's a recent picture of Liv. Hard to tell since it doesn't show much.

Why should she go and make an apology to her family on camera? She can't pick up the phone, her two way, her pager and any other toy she has? Paris loves the camera, obviously, so she probably would do this.

Must have missed that one?

I don't think Pillman and Sid got into. I always read they got into an arguement and Pillman keep fucking with Sid until he snapped and then went to get the squeegee to beat the piss out of him. Either way. A lot of smaller guys win fights. A lot more get the piss beat out of them. Ever hear of small man syndrome?

Wasn't it Triple H who told Jericho he wasn't good enough? I just remember being pissed about it.

One of the best promo's was Rock turning himself heel in Toronto this past year. I don't think I ever seen that many people jump to their feet and boo when Rock dropped the line "...because the maple leafs suck!" That promo still makes me laugh.

New Storm Commentary
haVoc replied to A Guy Who Injects Heroin Into Kids' Eyes's topic in The WWE Folder
Yeah, Hurricane talking comic books, Storm talking about the 15 new books he's reading for his book club and Christian bitching about a stiff kick to the mouth RVD gave him the night before. I'd rather sit in and hear what Triple H, Nash and Austin all talk about together. -
I think in this day in age, if you're around the 6' foot mark, you need more then just mat work and spots to pull off being a world champion. You need to be a "brawler" as well to have any credibility against the bigger guys. Guys like Flair, Bret, Austin, Angle, Shawn and Benoit could/can pull this off. When Bret Hart stepped into the ring, I believed he had a chance to beat anyone. I don't get that with guys like a Rey Mysterio, Dean Malenko and it pains me to say this, Owen Hart. This is something that held Jericho back (besides other things of course) and it may hold back guys like Eddie and RVD.

I wouldn't get caught dead in public wearing a Wrestling shirt.

I wipe my ass with this list.

As more information comes in, it looks as if WWE PPV buyrates are coming in higher than originally thought. The May Judgment Day PPV headlined by Triple H vs. Kevin Nash, originally thought to have down 275,000 buys, is now up to 315,000 buys. The June RAW-only Bad Blood PPV, headlined by Triple H vs. Kevin Nash in a Hell in the Cell match with Mick Foley as ref, is now up to 385,000 buys from the 325,000 buys originally reported. That puts the 2003 June PPV ahead of the 2002 June PPV (King of the Ring) which did 325,000 buys. That show was headlined by Kurt Angle vs. Hulk Hogan and Triple H vs. The Undertaker. The July SD-only Vengeance PPV, originally reported at 300,000 buys, is now up to 325,000 buys. That show was headlined by Vince McMahon vs. Zach Gowen. Summerslam in August is now up to 415,000 buys. It was originally reported at 375,000 buys. It still falls short of the 2002 Summerslam which did 500,000 buys, but that Summerslam featured one of WWE's best promoted matches in recent years (The Rock vs. Brock Lesnar). The September RAW-only Unforgiven show is now up to 285,000 buys. That show, originally reported at 260,000 buys, was headlined by Triple H vs. Goldberg. The October SD-only No Mercy PPV, headlined by Vince McMahon vs. Stephanie McMahon, is now being reported at 245,000 buys (up from the 200,000 buys originally reported). That number remains the lowest PPV buyrate in six years, but if the other PPVs are any indication, the show's buyrate should go up as more detailed info becomes available. This seems to show that WWE PPV business is not as bad as it seemed a few weeks ago when WWE released their early PPV buyrate info. Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter/411mania

I judge main event/world champions on this. Can I picture them in the main event at WM? I don't see Rey winning or defending the world title in the suppose biggest match of the year.
