Fuck Bob Holly. I hope this doesnt happen, but I kind of hope Holly shows up, shoots and injures Brock. I doubt Vince is going to put up with someone injuring his world champion. Holly getting fired or seeing Holly try to be a tough guy again and getting his ass handed to him by Lesnar is worth Survivor Series to me.

Paris wasn't the one who crashed on the bike. That was Rod Stewards daughter. Paris and Niki Hilton are famous for the same reason those reality TV folks are. People are bored with real stars. Matter of fact, Paris is going to be in a reality tv show called "The Simple Life" on FOX soon with Lionel Richie's (I have no idea how to spell his name) daughter. I'll take the Hilton sisters over those two rich girls on MTV.

Explain more. You lost me on that.

Sold everywhere my ass. I went down to the book store in the train station 4 days ago and they didn't carry it. Is it a $30 hard cover book or can you get a cheap soft cover as well?

So Crash did choke on his puke?

Jake Roberts is the Keith Kichards of wrestling. Public drug users who did good work but are way overrated.

Maybe Luke? He dies and Marissa pulls away from Ryan. BTW, they never did explain WHY Summer had her "mothers" pain killers in the episode Marissa OD'ed.

There's no way around it. Shows like The O.C. Someone always has to die in the first or second season to shake things up. But who shall they kill off?

Beyonce isn't any better. Lets see her cover up and make a video in a snow suit and see if it sells. Oh, and she doesn't sing live 3/4 of the time either. And Britney doing Playboy? Yeah right. Not in this life time. Her new album can flop and she's still set for life. I don;t see her blowing all her many. J'Lo on the other hand. She's on her way to being the female MC Hammer. Speaking of careers going down. VH1's "Behind the Music" finally returns this week and it leads off with Britney Spears.

Ok, I'm not reading ten pages. Has it been reported how he died yet? The day is getting closer to when the FBI storms backstage at an event and searches, finds, arrest and charges the McMahons and MANY other wrestlers on drug procession. The end of wrestling is coming sooner rather then later if this shit keeps up.

WWE has released their latest batch of PPV buyrates at their corporate website. WWE No Mercy, headlined by Vince McMahon vs. Stephanie McMahon, did roughly 200,000 buys. The WWE October PPV last year did roughly 300,000 buys. The WWE October PPV in 2001 did roughly 325,000 buys. The second WWE Smackdown only PPV dropped 100,000 buys from the first. The first WWE RAW only PPV did 325,000 buys, but the second RAW only PPV dropped to 260,000 buys. WWE Summerslam in August did roughly 375,000 buys, way down from the roughly 500,000 buys that last year's Summerslam (headlined by The Rock vs. Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title) did. Summerslam in 2001 did roughly 550,000 buys. Just for reference, the WWE InVasion PPV in July of 2001 did roughly 775,000 buys and WrestleMania in March of 2002 did 850,000 buys. It has been pretty much down hill since then. Here is a look at all the PPV buyrates for this year compared to last: January '03 - Royal Rumble: 500,000 buys ('02: 675,000 buys) February '03 - No Way Out: 450,000 buys ('02: 550,000 buys) March '03 - WrestleMania: 550,000 buys ('02: 850,000 buys) April '03 - Backlash: 375,000 buys ('02: 400,000 buys) May '03 - Judgment Day: 275,000 buys ('02: 375,000 buys) June '03 - Bad Blood RAW-only: 325,000 buys ('02: 325,000 buys) July '03 - Vengeance SD-only: 300,000 buys ('02: 375,000 buys) August '03 - Summerslam: 375,000 buys ('02: 500,000 buys) September '03 - Unforgiven RAW-only: 260,000 buys ('02: 300,000 buys) October '03 - No Mercy SD-only: 200,000 buys ('02: 300,000 buys) Credit: 411

- WWE has grown concerned with Rikishi's weight. He put on some extra weight when he was out for a few months recently and WWE wants him to lose some of it. - WWE was pleased with the work of Horshu at the Canadian house shows over the weekend. They feel he has a lot of potential. - Spanky, Paul London, and Kidman were told to "slow it down" in regard to their ring style at the house shows this weekend. WWE told them to use their "less is more" theory. - WWE has told the Hurricane to stop using the chokeslam move. They feel he is too small to pull off the move in a convincing manner. - WWE is very high on Jindrak and Cade and feel they have a bright future. They think that Cade is ahead of Jindrak in terms of development, but that both are good young talents. - Steven Richards aggravated a shoulder injury that he has had since his ECW days last night on RAW. He took a stiff slam from John Heidenreich. He was examined following his match and will be monitored to make sure the injury does not get worse. Credit: 1wrestling.com/411

Can't be worst then Mariah's version of "Bringin' on the heartbreak."

Triple H is trying to do what Hogan always did in WCW. He takes a few weeks off, returns and gets the "superstar return pop," and gets cheered over the suppose face in the match. That way he can say "see, they want me with the title. I'm the real draw." Hogan always did this during the NWO.

Flair to RVD: How about a Figure Four?
haVoc replied to Insane Bump Machine's topic in The WWE Folder
Didn't they have a very small feud during the Invasion? I remember on one of the PPV's the crowd was torn between and two the mix of "Y2J" and "RVD" chants were loud. -
Flair to RVD: How about a Figure Four?
haVoc replied to Insane Bump Machine's topic in The WWE Folder
Aww yes. The Jericho/RVD feud that looked like it was going to take off then RVD got dropped for the Rock and then Triple H came back and burried RVD in the rumble. Good times... And I think this was the Raw December 17, 2001: Hardcore Champion, The Undertaker, defeated Jeff Hardy...World Tag Team Champions, The Dudley Boyz, defeated Scotty Too Hotty and Albert...European Champion, Christian, defeated Tazz...Lance Storm defeated The Rock via Count-Out...Kurt Angle and Test defeated Edge and Rikishi...Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo defeated The Big Show and Tajiri...Rob Van Dam defeated WWE/WCW World Champion, Chris Jericho, via Disqualification. -
It could be Vince/Taker. BTW, this board has been dead all day.
-
Hey, if you found that.... Is it true if you take too much acid years later you may have flash backs?
-
So what's the main event at Survivor Series? You know it's a toss up between Trip/Goldy and Vince/Taker.

Chinese Man Opens Shop for Left-Handers November 5, 2003 10:15 AM EST BEIJING - In a communist country being overrun by capitalism, Ma Bo may be the most enthusiastic leftist of them all. Ma, 56, an entrepreneur in the northeastern Chinese city of Dalian, has opened what the official Xinhua News Agency bills as the country's first shop for left-handed people. "I just want to help the lefties with these special daily-use products, so they can lead an easier and more convenient life," Ma was quoted Wednesday as saying. He also operates a Web site for the same purpose - with the slogan "Left is Best." It "promotes understanding about problems concerning the left-handed," Xinhua said. Ma's shop features myriad accessories for left-handers, from scissors to can openers. It's no small affair in a society where people who use their left hands are often scorned. "I'm delighted to see that business people are beginning to show an interest in left-handed products," said Zhang Heng, a Beijing left-hander. Ma's only apparent problem? He can't try out his products before he sells them. He's right-handed.

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2003. Running a full hour with more tears than punchlines, ABC's "8 Simple Rules" returned for the first time without star John Ritter and viewers showed up to pay their respects, helping the network control the night. Overall, ABC averaged a 9.6 rating/15 share. CBS was second with an 8.7/14, still well in front of third place NBC's 7.4/12. FOX dipped to a disappointing 4.2/6 and fourth. The WB had a strong evening with a 3.0/5, beating UPN's 2.3/3. ABC also won the night among adults 18-49, earning a 5.8 rating in the coveted demographic. NBC was second for the night with a 5.0 rating, as the other networks finished well back. CBS was a distant third with a 2.9 rating, with FOX's 2.8 close behind. The WB took a 1.6 and beat the 1.2 rating for UPN. The revamped "8 Simple Rules" gave ABC a big win at 8 p.m., earning an impressive 12.8/19 in an episode watched by over 20 million viewers. CBS was in second with "Navy NCIS," which had a respectable 7.9/12 against the tough competition. NBC's "Fear Factor" was third, well in front of the numbers for an encore of "24" on FOX. On The WB, "Gilmore Girls" had a 3.6/5 for the evening, beating the 2.5/4 averaged by UPN comedies "One on One" and "All of Us." ABC clung to the lead at 9 p.m. as "According to Jim" (9.5/14) and "Less than Perfect" (7.4/11) managed to hold onto some of the "8 Simple Rules" momentum. CBS was second with "The Guardian." On NBC, "Fear Factor" (6.9/10) and "Frasier" (6.8/10) remained in third. FOX was fourth as "24" dropped dramatically from last week's premiere, taking only a 5.6/8. "One Tree Hill" on The WB earned its standard 2.5/4, beating the averages for UPN's "Rock Me Baby" and "Girlfriends." CBS moved into first at 10 p.m. with the 9.8/16 for "Judging Amy." NBC was a solid second with the 8.9/15 for "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," which knocked ABC to third with a 7.4/12 for "NYPD Blue."

Will Lesnar/Goldberg even happen at Wrestlemania?
haVoc replied to JN News's topic in The WWE Folder
That would be called "creative control." Austin has also said "if he feels safe." Safe and Goldberg don;t go together. -
Kid Rock should stick to the country/blues rock style. The rap/rock-metal is a slow passing fab dying out. Rock inspired blues and country will never die. May not be the hottest thing, but it will always be around.

Damn, only one page for spoilers? I'm a little pissed those 3 spoilers didn't say how Jones or Morgan did in the ring. I was hoping for some comedy fuck ups. Also, if their going to keep Matt Hardy off Smackdown then they need to hurry up and put him on Raw.
