Yeah Steph, you love the spot light. Learn to share some of it now. If that's keeping Vince under control then I'm scared to see him on camera out of control. Thank God for that. No one wants to see that shit on TV. Filth~! My heart just grew a little for Steph. I hate that women. Her and that attorney in Cali (I think that is where she's from) who is always sticking her nose in peoples business. She's always the one on TV trying to bring charges against Michael Jackson and Eminem. ~Translation~ Learn how to take advantage of people so you can always get ahead in the business. That's the true psychology of the business world.

Bullshit. Alot of us liked him before he returned from quad tear 01. I started disliking/hating Triple H about the same time as everyone else. Returned too big, burried Jericho, too much Steph on Tv, etc.,. Another thing that did it for me was the Royal Rumble match. RVD, one of the hottest guys in the company enters the rumble. Does some stuff for a minute. Crowd pops huge. Triple H walks over, pedigrees RVD, throws him over the top while the crowd sits stunned. Scott Keiths rant summed that up perfect. "Go figure."

Bret Hart Just think. If Montreal didn't happen and if Vince didn't force Bret out, he would probably be a road agent right now.

The latest from OutKast, a two disc set titled Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, sold an extremely impressive 509,000 first week copies to capture the #1 spot during one of the most competitive release weeks of the year. Dave Matthews first solo album, Some Devil, debuted at #2 with an impressive 469,000 first week copies sold. Limp Bizkit's often delayed Results May Vary finally dropped and debuted at #3 after moving 325,000 copies. That is a solid debut, but far below their last album which sold over 1 million copies in its first week. Despite all the scandals that surround him, R. Kelly continues to sell CDs. His latest, The R. in R&B Collection, Vol. 1, sold 250,000 copies in its first week to debut at #4. The latest rapper from the Shady/Aftermath crew, Obie Trice, debuts at #5 with Cheers selling 226,000 copies. Nickelback's The Long Road debuted at #6 with 200,000 copies sold. That is the band's best debut week. DMX dropped from #1 to #7 in his second week, as Grand Champ suffered a 52% sales drop down to 150,000 copies. The debut album from Murphy Lee, Murphy's Law, came in at #8 with 135,000 copies sold. Lee is best known for his cameo on the hit track, Shake Ya Tailfeather. John Mayer's Heavier Things dropped five spots to #9 with 123,000 copies sold. The set has now topped 500,000 albums sold in three weeks. Hilary Duff rounds out the top ten with Metamorphosis moving another 117,000 copies. The disc has now sold over 600,000 copies in total. Credit: 411mania/music

bLeH. Taker can go roll around on the mat with Goldberg and Mark Henry on Raw while I watch Jericho and RVD wrestle Angle, Benoit, Eddie, Lesnar, etc, on SD! I will admit Taker has been alot better of late, though.
-
God damnit! Please, just trade Jericho, RVD, Christian and Storm for Taker, Albert, Big Show and Bradshaw so I don't need to watch Raw every week.
-
A year from now Eddie will still be in the midcard and we'll be saying "remember last year when Eddie was so over and Vince did nothing with him?"
-
Might as well. Vince checks out Steph's tits almost every time on camera.
-
Steve Austin called Bret Hart out of "retirement" once and now Angle is trying to do the same!!!!!!!!

Rock is over, is a draw, makes Vince money and entertains me. Which is all I really ask for. Rock is so over he could easily come back as a tweener and feud with a couple different people at once. I like the 3 or 4 way battles/feuds. Their fun, we get decent matches and it keeps it fresh and exciting instead of the same two guys feuding week after week. You can switch up matches, tag matches, promos and it keeps going and going until the PPV blow off match. Let Brock and Taker have their main event feud and give Rock, Cena, Angle, Eddie and/or Benoit something to work with.
-
That's why as fans we shouldn't give a rats ass about ratings. Sure, their fun to rip apart and blame the low ratings on this one and that one, but even if the shows did 6.0 ratings we would still rip them apart. Bet your ass, if this board was around in 99/2000 we would had bitched about the shows then as well.

I really like the way they refer to Eddie Guerrero as a "Fighting Champion."

More Details On RAW Rating RVD/Christian match fails to draw... RAW finished with a 3.4 overall rating, the show's lowest rating in awhile. The rating is down from a 3.6 from last week and a 3.7 from the week before. The highest rated segment of the show was a 3.9 for the Jim Ross/Jonathan Coachman match in the fifth quarter. The Kane/Hurricane match caused the 3.9 in Q5 to drop down to a 3.4. The next quarter, featuring Goldberg & Shawn Michaels facing Ric Flair & Randy Orton, did a 3.5 rating. The RVD/Christian Ladder match did a low 3.3 rating in Q8 and went up to a 3.6 for the overrun, one of RAW's lowest overruns in recent memory. The rating displays that when wrestlers are treated as mid-card level wrestlers for months and months, fans will simply not buy them as headliners overnight. Credit: PWTorch.com/411maina

Hey! Enough of that shit! Keep JR and Lawler away from the show with the actual wrestling. Cole and Tazz are doing just fine on Smackdown. Edit: Damn, Spaceman Spiff beat me to it.
-
Email Lawler and tell him how you feel. I did once and he replied back by calling me an imbecile. I wish I could read that old thread again.

I don't care how much this song is played out but "Freebird" deserves #1 solo.
-
I'd love to see someone like Jericho come out to Pantera's "Becoming." The guitars in that song are so F'N loud in an arena it's scary.
-
I had an isle seat for Raw once (Austin's beer truck) and Big Show is pretty damn big seeing him just 3 feet away. Granted, I'm only 5'11 170lbs, but still. I also was lucky enough to see Andre The Giant and Yokosuna live. Those two were huge.
-
I'm not saying this was big business, but didn't the Rey/Hardy match in the main event slot a month-or-so-ago do a pretty high rating? Then the next week they opened the show. Then they......went somewhere?
-
MTV2 and Roadrunner have announced the track listing for their upcoming 2 CD “Headbanger’s Ball” album to be released October 7th. Worth picking up?

Ok so where is the Test/Steiner fued going now??

I don't know about that, but Stacy looks mighty fine in those Dudley outfits. -
I finally picked that album up this past Saturday and I haven't stopped listening to it. I really need to see them live. Another song which isn't anything great but catchy is "Falls on Me" by Fuel. I think that's the name of it? I might have to go out and buy my first metal album in a while. I been hearing alot of Shadows Fall and I'm really getting into them. A little off topic. I saw REM's and the White Stripes new videos today and their great. Of course they wouldn't win a VMA against Justin or 50.... Well, you know how that works......

The Edgeucation of Adam Copeland - Sept. 30, 2003
haVoc replied to DerangedHermit's topic in The WWE Folder
Next weeks column. Edge discusses the first time he was tea bagged. -
I'd love to see Bret Hart show up, bash a shovel over Goldberg's head one more time, collect the money and then leave. Seriously, I was into this angle for a minute until Mark Henry ruined it. Good ol' Mark Henry.
