Despite what some of you may think, abortion is not my litmus test, but Lieberman completely flip-flopped on this issue for the 2000 Election, even though his website says otherwise.

I like sports games mostly but I could get into Project Gotham... I've heard of KOTOR but I'm not into RPG's at all. What are some games that highlight XBox as a system? I'm also looking for games that a bunch of people could play together... EDIT: No Xbox Live.

Outkast "Speakerbox"-- Andre is amazing. DMB "Central Park"-- 3+ hours of Dave, nuff said. Best of Ottmar Liebert-- Spanish guitar (instrumental) music. This guy pioneered the modern-day Nouveau Flamenco. His cover of Kashmir is pretty cool.

Rap: Why does it get such a bad "rap " around here
Spicy McHaggis replied to lomasmoney's topic in Music
Just weighing in... Why do rap apologists equate rap not being music with rap not requiring talent? Rap takes a lot of talent, but it's talent of the poetic/lyrical/speaking variety. Good, non-gangsta rap is an artform, just not a musical one. What makes Outkast great musically is the fact that much of their stuff isn't rap, (if there is melody) it's hip-hop that contains rap. And Andre is insanely talented. The Roots use real musical instruments, so the emphasis on music is there. Their bass player is awesome. And no, a turntable is not a musical instrument. Does it take an insane amount of talent to work? Yes. Do I wish I could do it? No doubt. Musical instrument? No. -

IMO, everyone but Lieberman/Edwards will get rolled. Lieberman is the most electable Dem there is.

God, no! It's "spellbound", cheesy. I thought you were a human dictionary. I'm a little skeptical of your definition of high class considering the fact that you regularly take the love of your life to the Sizzler of italian food.

Powell's only comments: "The answer to that question is, we don't know yet." "We had questions that needed to be answered. "What was it? One hundred tonnes, 500 tonnes or zero tonnes? Was it so many litres of anthrax, 10 times that amount or nothing?" Where exactly does he say there never were WMD's?

Yes, yes it is.

And Wednesday's you get 2 1/2 hrs straight of the Sein... TBS- 6:30, 7:00, 8:00, 8:30 UPN- 7:30 I think networks need to stick longer with shows despite possibly poor showings in ratings. Besides sports, I only have to watch Alias and 24.

I'm wondering when Sydney Bristow's cameo will occur.

You mean to tell me that people die in a war/conflict?! Get the FUCK outta here! Bush got C's in college!

And the timing with the Saddam comments was gold. Anyone else surprised at the Dems not standing for "every culture desires freedom and self-government".

I think it's sad that gay marriage is getting so much play in this thread.

Yes. The same thing should happen with political reporting. -

For those of you that live in Sports towns.......

At SC, I eat at this place called the Galen Center, where all the athletes eat. Leinart, Colbert, Bush, et al are always in there. Mike Williams always gets his lunch to go. Though I enjoy the place more for the pretty decent looking water polo player I know... she has a huge rack. -
Wow, thanks! I'm going to try some of these when I get done with work! No prob.

Hold on, you can get a little emotional when your senior cornerback--who worked his ass off for 4 years--finally graduates with a national championship ring.

Betty, use pass plays with a "90" in the name of the play. 90 refers to a 1 or 3 step drop by the QB, whereas a "50" is a 5 or 7 step drop. On a 1 step, you basically pass the ball right after the snap. For a 3 step, watch the QB drop back and when he bounces forward, throw the ball. With an open receiver, you are almost guaranteed to get the ball off without being sacked. Rollouts (pass plays with an "RO") also work if you know the pass rush of the defense is going inside. Outside pass rushes or contain plays almost always get a sack on rollouts, so be careful.
