Hakeem Olajuwon. 1993-94. Clyde, Cassell, and Horry spring to mind.

I could use a decent summary, if possible.

Carrying them where, exactly? You being a Kobe fan, I wouldn't talk about anyone not being able to carry a team. Who, other than MJ, has carried their team? It's always been duos or more. Plus Kobe's opportunities to prove his carrying ability come when $100 million (that could be used on giving him a full team) is in the training room. Let's see T-Mac or Pierce with two starting teammates injured. Foxxy still pissing me off when he isn't even playing. That moron sees the writing on the wall with Devean George at starter and Bryon Russell draining 3's...just making a weak powerplay. He's out of a job and should be traded for a back-up center.

Democrat presidential debate last night

Carol-Mosley? Who has two first names? My friend does. Hers is a combo of her father's first and mother's middle names, but she just goes by Genee for short. Hate to allow logic to apply to a Dem, though. -

The One and Only Divisional Playoffs thread

Definitely. Peyton Manning is in a ZONE, plain and simple. That 3rd and long TD pass to Wayne in the third was sick. He made the Chiefs look silly. -
If only we could know about their brain damage when they're in the womb... then we could suck their brains out, no worries.

Do you min using the spoiler tags, some of us don't know what happens at the end. I can't believe this got no-sold.

Pretty damn good... The first half was slow, but I finished strong. I went to my first ever DMB concert in July. It absolutely rocked my fucking socks off. I haven't had that kind of adrenaline rush in a while. I've gotten to watch the best college football team in the nation, live. My first nephew, Jack, was born in August. My niece, Caitlin, was born yesterday. Unbelievably sweet. Lastly, I've developed a very strong bond with my friend, Genee, that hopefully will turn into romance in early 2004. All in all, pretty badass.

Friggin' GEs: EASC 150: East Asian Societies- Wraps up my social sciences requirement. Hopefully, we won't focus too much on how the white man screwed things up. LING 110: In A Word- Basically an intro to linguistics course. Might be cool. After this, I'll only have my science principles requirement and my Writing 340 requirement. I'll do my whole language requirement at a JC this summer.

Can I hate him because he supports terrorism?

I'm sure he'll raid an online kama sutra. I'm rooting for "temple(s) of love".

"With unbridled ferocity and vigor, she planted her sultry lips on mine as we engaged in a make-out fest of gargantuan proportions." Sentence of the Thread nomination.

From the unanimously approved UN Security Council resolution 1441 (2002): http://www.un.org/Docs/scres/2002/sc2002.htm

Something I never got with this UN shit... The supposed last chance, end-of-the-line resolution, 1441, was unanimously approved by the UN. It stated that Hussein possessed WMD and called for him to produce them and/or tell the weapons inspectors where they were. The inspectors weren't supposed to find anything, just oversee Saddam giving them up. According to 1441, failure by Hussein's regime to comply would result in the use of force. He failed and the U.S. and Britain spearheaded the effort to enforce the UN's own resolution, which every other member backed away from (despite their earlier approval). How can the U.S. get UN "approval" if the UN won't approve itself?

This thread already exists, and, oddly enough, you started it. http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...ST&f=18&t=46360

Stabilise the region. How? How do you stabilize a region where insane people beyond reason blow themselves up to further a cause? How do you stabilize a region that has the complete destruction of America and every one of its citizens as the terrorists' stated goal? How do you stabilize a region that hates you because your culture's women are free, you can think and speak freely, and you can freely believe in your own religion? How, how, how? These people can't be pacified. They need the shit scared out of them. Here's to hoping the Iraqis put Hussein to death and then smear pig feces all over his rotting carcass. Hopefully, you'll get that reference. Equating the President with Saddam now, are we?

Public Schools Cannot Discriminate....

Oh, no doubt. I used to think I was too intolerant. Holy shit (pun intended). I'm actually surprised SP buys into this anti-Catholic bullshit. "But the prayer says 'Hail Mary'!" Context, my friend, context. And you fall into an inherent trap with "Bible is your only guide". I'm reading the same Bible, I have "Faith alone". Please stop judging my eternal fate. If you have a problem with the Church doing it, you need to cut it also. This stays in "public".
