Selling, working the crowd, hitting your moves, knowing when to do something and technique all go into being a great wrestler, as well as many other things. HBK being entertaining, ie working the crowd, does make him a better wrestler. This is not olympic wrestling, skills are subjective.

If picking out whats makes a wrestler great is not subjective then why do Meltzer, Keller, Scherer, Powell, Alvarez, Keith and all other wrestling journalists call HBK one of the best, and they still call him one of the best, wrestlers from today or any day. Yet, many of you say he is not in the top ten or even the top 15. Are they just all idiots and you know more about what makes a wrestler great, or are so many of you blinded by kliq hate you cannot clearly see what everyone else is saying?

I don't care what any of you say, I like it. The match pays homage to "the wrestlemania match" 10 years later. Thinking of what HBK and the Crippler will do to each other in a ladder match at Wrestlemania is reason enough to order this ppv.

These are both good dvd's but why didn't they go all out and make them 2 dvd or 3 dvd sets. I am still waiting for WWE to take full advantage of their library. Imagine an Austin dvd with: Austin/Hart SurSer Austin/Foley from raw (best raw match of 1996) Austin/Hart Mania Canadian Stampede main event Austin and HBK/Owen and Bulldog Austin and Dude/Bulldog and Owen (Dude's debut) Austin/Owen Summerslam Then add in all of his post neck injury stuff as well as all of his WCW stuff and that would easily be my favorite DVD ever.

They have too many divas as it is, but that Latosha Marzolla is smoking. She is much better looking than anyone WWE has ever brought in as eye candy.

I remember from the Cincy show I starting talking to one of the atlas security guys during the intermission. I asked him if Sabu was going to be there, this was during the Sabu-WCW controversy. He had appeared the night before but I was not sure whether or not he would show up. The atlas guy said he was gone, first match after intermission a jobber comes to the ring and then a distinctive beat hits, it was Sabu. Why in the hell did that atlas security guy lie to me? I believe that was either the last or second to last Sabu appearance in ECW. Perhaps that is why I like that particular show.

Favorite shows I have ever seen were shows I witnessed live. ECW live shows kick the ass of any other promotions live shows, including WWF, WCW and TNA. Heat Wave 1998 Heat Wave 1999 Anarchy Rulz 1999 November to Remember 1999 November to Remember 2000 ECW on TNN taping from Toledo (1st tv taping with spike getting driven through tables) ECW on TNN taping from Cincy (Dreamer/Tanaka win tag titles from Impact players) I saw all of those shows live and all of them kick my ass. My ass was literally sore the next day, that is how much ass they kicked, or I just sat on a cactus. You decide.

What if in the triple threat match it is an elimination style match where the crippler cleanly beats both HHH and HBK? To me that would cement him as the star on raw. Or they could go the Wrestlemania 10 rout and do some type of 4 man tournament.

After scanning through the raw thread a couple of things were running through my mind. I guess the first question that pops into my brain is, what the hell is the matter with a couple of you guys? The raw thread is an absolute embarassment. Bad insults, stupid tit remarks and flaming back and forth were running rampant, much worse than usual. I usually do not read the television show threads, are they always like that? I will readily admit to many times being immature on the board but that thread dropped a couple of points off of my IQ, and I did not even read the entire thread. I am usually not one to criticize other people's posting ability but jesus christ I feel dumbfonded by the level of intelligence displayed by a couple of the posters. The entire thread basically broke down into stupid anti-Orton rhetoric or insults back and forth between posters. This does not really bother me when it is confined to a couple of pages, but there appears to be upwards of 20 pages of this crap. I realize I will make some enemies with this post, by those who consider me elitist, but so be it.

I do not mind people bitching, as long as it is somewhat intelligent. I would not bitch about a chat room for raw, as I realize that chat room commentary is structured in a different manner than message board posts. Also, I do not mind posts that are only a couple of words long or immature, but it just got annoying that everyone was posting the same thing, even worse than usual. But thats fine, I am not forced to go into the raw chat, this is not my board. If that is what everyone likes I suppose that is the way it will stay.

You would make sense if what you just wrote was not completely wrong. People do say the same thing, they say Orton sucks, Jackie flashed everyone and then flamed each other over getting excited about it. This continued for 30 pages. I would prefer jokes and insights on the show, both positive and negative. Is it too much to ask for anyone to actually think? I am not saying do not make stupid jokes or witty remarks, I actually like those. Just don't tell me the exact same thing a million different ways.

I do enjoy wrestling arguments Deon, even stupid ones, but the raw thread might very well be the most immature, garbage thread I have ever read on this board. By the way who did not get the free ice cream?
