The role of the Green Ranger hasn't been the same since Adam passed the torch. Tommy was definitely the best Green Ranger, but Adam wasn't exactly chopped liver either. I was actually referring to the *original* Green Ranger storyline, featuring Tommy and Rita Repulsa. That whole 5 or so part episode was THE SHIT. I stopped watching after Tommy became the White Ranger, so I've no clue as to what happend to everyone else or who is what anymore. UYI

I was thinking the EXACT same thing during the show, comparing it straight to Ric Flair's title victory in '92. Heenan & Monsoon made Flair out to look as though he was the greatest athlete in the history of history, whereas JR spent the early days jacking off over Matt Morgan and later was all about Big Show (which, I admit, worked in Benoit's favour, yes, but hell, would it of killed him to acknowledge that Benoit was KING in that match?) Also, did anyone else notice that Orton DIDNT actually suck tonight? No, really, he wasn't all that bad. I pains me as much as anyone to say that, but I was really digging his shit tonight. UYI

The Rumble was the best since 2000, easily, and maybe even better (will need to re-watch, just like everyone else). *AWESOME* storytelling and the whole thing made Benoit look like Superman on fucking steroids. Very well done. Everything else was utter trash though: Flairtista vs The DUDS - DUD, funnily enough. The very definition of FUCKING MESS Rey Rey vs Noble - *, would of been more had they, you know, given them more than 30 seconds Chavo & Eddie - *, complete waste. Months of build up for THAT match. Trash HBK vs HHH - **, a finish so terrible it knocks a star clean off. Rumble - ****1/2, brilliant stuff UYI

The new Turtles DVD's only have *three* episodes per disc, plus extras, not four. However, because I am such a huge Turtles fan and due to the fact the new season kicks fucking ass, I'm forking out the necessary money until I own all of season one on DVD. And HOLY SHIT to the original being released, I'll definetely be looking into that. This, on top of the ultra-mega-super-ejaculation-special LOTR set and the upcoming 'Wrestlemania's on DVD' releases, are going to leave me one poor, yet satisfied, young man. Leonardo > You UYI

Sorry but I could only pick 10. I know TMNT has its following but I didn't think it was strong enough to possably win so I left it out. I'd imagine it would get votes alone for the starting though. Nobody can resist singing that starting song! Um....WHAT? The TMNT franchise alone generated at least twice as much money as all of those cartoons COMBINED. Well, the Playstation 2 will have Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, the sequel to MGS2, whereas Twin Snakes is a re-make of the original Metal Gear Solid game for the PSOne. MGS3 should crack the Top 5 here, considering how unreal the preview videos have been so far. UYI

The other day I was having my car serviced, so I figured a great way to pass the time at home would be to re-live some old school WCW moments by watching the PPV's I ordered back in 1999. I came across Souled Out 1999, a show that took place after the dreaded finger poke of doom angle and was the battleground for Goldberg to seek revenge on the man who cost him his World Title at Starrcade '98, Scott Hall. Maybe time has been kind to this match because, frankly, I was exceptionally entertained, thanks mainly to Scott Hall's willingness to bump like a crazy man for a guy he apparently didn't get along with. Without doubt, the match doesn't even touch the classic epics first seen in McMahon-land, however the drama and plain fun of the match was undeniable for me. Thoughts/opinions/star ratings on the match?

'Tis a shame that Liam & Noel have made the band completely about them, when it was the collective unit that first used the name 'Oasis' that made the band so big in the first place. I'll still buy their album though, I've yet to be disappointed by any of Oasis' work. UYI

In Flair's DVD, he states that his one year run with the WWF in 1992 was one of the greatest runs he felt he's ever had. My question is - if this run was so much fun for Flair, then why did he leave? What drew him back to WCW? Also, how the hell did WCW survive '92 without their biggest star? Thanks in advance UYI

The 4-Way was nothing, actually. No actual wrestling as such, just spot, rest, spot, rest. Still, nothing was botched so it was quite the entertaining spot-fest, however no-where near as awesome as it could potentially of been (see Juvi vs Rey vs Kidman at Starrcade 1998).

Judging from the cover, looks like Stinger and Macho Man are upcoming additions as well, which is good to see. I, too, fail to see the point of paying Kevin Kelly to write bullshit every couple of months about wrestlers we already know all about. UYI

That should be on a Bret Hart DVD, not a Flair DVD. I'd like to see a 3-disc Bret DVD set before Flair Vol. 2. Agreed. That match could, hopefully, take the place of the Iron Man from WMXII that is already available on HBK's DVD set.
