Triple H has heel heat? Kane/Goldberg would quite possibly be one of the worst matches ever. However, the storyline they could build up around could be awe-inspiring if they actually make Kane out to be the only living thing that threatens Goldberg. Storylines sell PPV's, not match quality. Remember Age In The Cage? Soley because of that match, Holloween Havoc did DOUBLE the buyrate WWF's Badd Blood (featuring HBK vs Taker HIAC) did. I also second the notion for Kane to throw Shane off the TitanTron or something equally as spectacular, just so they have reason for him never to be on TV again. UYI EDIT: Probably a really BAD example of storylines selling PPV's there, but you catch my drift. I am, in no way, acknowledging that HBK vs Taker was not one killer feud.

Face or Heel, it is not like it's hard to piss him off. Those 'STEEERRROOOIDS' chants at WCW events drove him CRAZY. I'm unsure which incident you're thinking of, but Steiner did the EXACT same thing on the WCW Australian Tour of 2000. In Melbourne, where they were recording Nitro, Steiner was outside the ring waiting for Kidman to arrive for the match. Suddenly, Steiner grabs the neck of a guy in the front row, pulls him over the rail and proceeds to beat him to a fucking pulp while security goes ape-shit trying to save the guy. Funniest shit ever. Steiner lost it SO easily. UYI
