Chunners is in every incarnation because she's insanely popular in Japan, possibly the most popular Street Fighter character over there. Hardcore fans would likely riot if she was ever left out (and, in fact, they did when she wasn't included in the original Street Fighter 3). So what's Hyper Street Fighter II like? I haven't seen any threads around here regarding this title, so I figured I'd make one to find out people's thoughts on the latest DMC release. I've never really been one to go on game reviews, as mostly I find them to be written by total twats who have no clue what they are on about in the first place. I'd much rather go on the first hand experiences of actual gamers, such as the folk here. So is this one worth the hype? I was a fan of the first, but hated the second, so I am a little wary about rushing out and buying this one.

So what is Scarecrow's deal anyway? Why is he the way he is? I'm good with just about all of Batman's enemies except him, I have no clue about his backstory. Is it the usual 'X happend and now I'm a raging psychopath'?
