I think the funniest part of Will Forte's song on Update was his mumbling when he held up the wrong card. Especially when he held up the Mike Tyson and Robin Givens one. I laughed the hardest at that part.

So, can we say that this week's HeldDOWN~! will have a Triple Main Event? Because this week's show looks to have some PPV quality matches.

-Nice squash with The Love Doctors. Late 80's-early 90's WWF Superstars-style squash matches never get old. -Great vignette. Have I mention that the OAOAST probably has the best tag team division in professional wrestling today...and it's not even real? That's either great or so fucking depressing. Anyway, if you can get a girl to flash you in a cafe, you must be smooth as silk! I look forward to this new tag team, The Mardi Gras Homewrecking Crew! -Good, enjoyable match between Los Diablos En Fuego/Dance Dance Dragon and The Enterprise. Nice action, and I really liked the face-in-peril segment with Moracca. The Homies Hug is hilarious and should be used more often. In fact, Los Diablos should be used more often. I love the reactions the other wrestlers have towards them. -Good match between Kenji Kawada and Ramone Gutierrez. Don't know how you got 27:18 though. I would have thought 15:00, tops. Anyway, this was a rough, hard hitting match. I take it this match was inspired by puro and/or lucha libre, right? You could feel the hatred these two men feel for each other. Somehow I doubt this feud is over. Someone has to shut El Esperito up. -Yea! Someone else used Bill Neilson besides me! We need those jobber stats put back up again. Patty O' Green where are you? In case you're wondering, I've always imagined Bill Neilson as a Billy Kidman lookalike, so yeah, he was a good choice for this match. "The Lone Wolf" James Wolfenstein? Sounds interesting. I wonder what he's going to do in the OAOAST. I'll keep an eye out on him. -I liked that segment with Alfdogg, Bohemoth, and Reject. All those matches sound enticing. Christmas Deathmatch? Great. Deon Black vs. Brock Ausstin? Terrific. Bohemoth vs. Reject vs. Alfdogg with the fans deciding which belt is on the line? Game. Some mighty fine matches coming up in the near future. And hey, AngleSault is being used in something other than a Zack Malibu/Bruce Blank segment. So is he the defacto authority figure now? -All right, a Bruce Blank segment! I know about Zack not being able to send in his promo on time, so this was a nice explanation for it with Bruce breaking the tape. Squeezing a brick to get a good firm handshake. I never thought of doing that. Blank's ex-wife made me laugh. I am really looking forward to the match next week as I honestly have no idea who'll win. I mean, I can't imagine this is the last we'll see of Bruce Blank...but I also can't imagine Zack humbling himself before him and saying he respects him. At least one of the stipulations will be honored, though. This is the OAOAST, not the WWE after all. -Loved the X-Division Championship Match. This was my Match Of The Night. Gotta love how, despite the fact that "After Hours" Felix Strutter was the face, he still acted like a heel. Lots of fast paced action and nearfalls in this one. And it was nice to see Reject win clean this time. Shows that he has what it takes to hold the belt. Hope to see Reject have a nice long title reign. -Funny segment with Landon "La Cucaracha" Maddix. The guy is over-the-top with his ego that it's hilarious. So, is it still the Lethal Rumble this year, or have we gone back to Royal Rumble again? Whatever the case may be, Landon is in the match and is looking to take it all! Go Landon! -Much props to KC for writing the segment with Stacey Robertson, Jade Rodez, and Ms. Lindsay Gonzalez. Although Tony's assumption that the three ladies would have an orgy would have made that segment that much better! I'm disappointed that the PRL/Tyler Bryant match wasn't edited in though. Also gotta give props to KC for inventing a new word, 'divaishly'! -Cool, I did get the main event slot this week! Bottom Line, this was a really great show. Very match heavy this week, which was a nice break from the norm. And next week's show looks to be even better. It might very well become the best OAOAST HeldDOWN~! EVER! I'm very much looking forward to next week's show building on this one and topping it. I can't wait! And hey, I got the Line Of The Night from Tony! Yay!

-PRL/Popick/Lightning Crew segment concerning what happened on last week's show. Let's just say Popick isn't pleased at losing to Colombian Heat. And what was up with Vitamin X last week? -Colombian Heat will also be in the hezzy fo' shezzy, ya heard me? Oh, and the HI-YAH World Tag Team Title Match will be co-written by KC and myself, just to let you know.

Le HeldDOWN - December 7th Booking
Ed Wood Caulfield replied to Bruce Blank's topic in Brandon Truitt
I've sent the Colombian Heat/Stephen Joseph match, and the PRL/Colombian Heat segment. All I've got left is the Spanish Fly match. -
EDIT: Nevermind, Best Heel works out better for that. I think we should have a "Most Evil Act" award. Or does "Most Shocking Moment" cover that pretty well?

Not 1 but TWO matches coming from me this week: -Colombian Heat vs. Stephen Joseph Popick -Spanish Fly vs. ???? (Uh, can this be the main event?) -A special PRL/Colombian Heat segment -
I now have the nominees for the "Most Shocking Moment" Catergory, complete with funny nicknames for each nominee. Here they are: 1.) Why, PK, Why Axel?: Axel and Peter Knight turn heel on Zack Malibu. 2.) I Thought You Were Dead!: "Reckless" Drek Stone returns to the OAOAST almost a year after Zack Malibu said that he would never set foot in an OAOAST ring again. 3.) Goodbye Caboose: Caboose gets badly beaten by The Wildcards. He is not seen again for the rest of the year. 4.) Bruce Blank: The Biggest Douchebag In The Universe: Bruce Blank breaks into Zack Malibu's home where Candie and his newborn baby are at. 5.) Alfdogg: 2 Time OAOAST World Heavyweight Champion, Phenemonal Athlete, CANADIAN!?!?: Alfdogg turns heel and aligns himself with Team Canada. 6.) He's STILL A Dick: "The Corporate Champion" Tha Puerto Rican and Stephen Joseph Popick betray D*LUX and win the HI-YAH World Tag Team Titles after acting like babyfaces for two months. I've got some nominations for Feel Good Moment Of The Year too: 1.) Alfdogg Becomes The Man Again: Alfdogg completes his comeback by defeating Peter Knight at AngleMania V to win the OAOAST World Heavyweight Title for a 2nd time and goes on to have a successful 5-month title reign. 2.) The NEW Champ Is Here!: Leon Rodez defeats "The Corporate Champion" Tha Puerto Rican in a Ladder Match at AngleMania VI to win the OAOAST 24/7 Championship and FINALLY end PRL's one year long title reign. 3.) Take THAT Upstarts!: Zack Malibu defeats Christian Wright to win the HI-YAH World Heavyweight Championship. Zack celebrates with the OAOAST superstars afterwards. It's a huge blow to The Upstarts. 4.) Free At Last!: D*LUX defeat The Beverly Hills Blonds thereby freeing their manager, Jade Rodez, from being Ned Blanchard's slave. And after reading HeldDOWN~! tonight, I'm going to have to nominate the Phillidelphia Street Fight as a TV Match Of The Year Candiate. That and War Games from Syndicated. I liked the Alfdogg/Reject OAOAST World Heavyweight Title Steel Cage Match too. Oh, and not to toot my own horn much, but maybe you guys can give my Survivor Series Elimination Match from earlier this year a nomination in the TV MOTY catergory? Just sayin'. For Funniest Moment, for me, it's a tie between the "Debate" between Alix Spezia and Christian Wright with Snoop Dogg as the moderator, and Leon Rodez's Lightning Crew Parody with Colombian Heat, Spanish Fly, Jade Rodez, Otaku II, and John "Rock Hard" Brickston. For Segment Of The Year, I'd go with AngleSault returning just when Zack Malibu was going to quit the OAOAST, Bruce Blank breaking into Zack Malibu's home, The Wildcards turning on Zack Malibu (Gee, notice a trend here?), and the confrontation between PRL and Drek Stone when PRL announced the stipulation for his match against Drek at World Without End (what? Just to change things up a bit). Okay, okay, one more tooting my own horn time: I'm going to nominate the PRL/Thunderkid "I Quit!" Steel Cage Match from AngleSlam as a pay-per-view MOTYC. And I'd also like to nominate the 60-minute Iron Man Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal Match for the OAOAST Heartland Championship between Alfdogg and Brock Ausstin.

PRL's segment is being written right now so don't worry. I'm not gonna be late two shows in a row. -
HeldDOWN~!, November 30th Booking

-PRL's got some explaining to do regarding what happened at November Reign. What's he going to say tonight? I call opening segment. -Could a match possibly result from this? EDIT: Nope. Nevermind. -Also, there'll be a segment between Colombian Heat, Spanish Fly, and D*LUX, but King Cucaracha's writing that one. -
I've always liked "Wonderful Christmas Time", and I like Quarashi's "The Christmas Song" which samples it, even though I have no idea what is being said since it's in Icelandic.
-
Yeah, I've been very very busy with family over for Thanksgiving and the weekend following it, so I haven't even begun to write the HI-YAH World Tag Team Title match. But don't worry, I'll have it done sometime between tomorrow morning and tomorrow night, all right?

New catergory: "Most Shocking Moment", because we've had quite a few surprising moments this year.

Ed Wood Caulfield replied to King Cucaracha's topic in Brandon Truitt
I want to do a match, but I also want to do like 2 or 3 non-wrestling segments. I don't want to spoil anything at all right now, but let's just say that the New Year's Day show is the best time I can do it. -

I always forget ECW is on. I only watch Lucha Libre sometimes.
