What? I don't know about his other bands, but with Pantera he and the band only got better as they progressed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'd actually agree with anything involving Phil Anselmo. I think Cowboys from Hell is the best thing Pantera ever did, then Vulgar Display of Power was pretty good and after that it goes downhill big time. I know a lot of people disagree there though. With Down, NOLA was a great album, and then the second one I could barely even listen to. I never really got into Superjoint at all, so I'm not sure there.

I have to go with Guns 'N Roses on this one. I liked the Illusion albums and the Lies album, but there's no way they were ever going to top what they did on Appetite.

Queens of the Stone Age, though they have on and off days live. Foo Fighters, I'm not a huge fan but they are great live. Grohl is an awesome live frontman. Iron Maiden Iggy and the Stooges Turbonegro Echo and the Bunnymen

It's the same episode that will be on tonight, VH1 does this with most of their shows. I don't know why, but it happens all the time. Right after it they had on the Celebrity Fit Club premiere which is supposed to debut tonight as well. I thought the show seemed totally staged, didn't look like much at all was reality.

From Blabbermouth: A fake MOTÖRHEAD story has been making the rounds on the Internet allegedy quoting the group's mainman, Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister, as finally admitting that he is "bisexual." The article, which credited VH1.com as its original source, is believed to have originated in a May 20, 2005 posting to the band's official forum, but regained strength this past week when it was republished on several other sites, including a Dutch metal webzine, which quickly removed it from its pages after BLABBERMOUTH.NET informed it of the article's inauthenticity. However, this didn't stop the metal community from going into a state of shock about Lemmy's alleged sexual orientation, causing this site alone to receive countless e-mails from concerned fans who expressed their surprise over Lemmy's "revelation."

I'm sure there were more albums I liked this year, but I can't think of them all for some reason. I never remember what year stuff came out in, so this is all I have so far: Frameshift-An Absense of Empathy Clutch-Robot Hive/Exodus Queens of the Stone Age-Lullabies To Paralyze CKY-An Answer Can Be Found System of a Down-Mesmerize Dream Theater-Octavarium

I have a strange ability where I always wake up some time during the 5 minutes before my alarm clock is going to go off and turn it off then fall asleep again and end up being late. I ended up moving the alarm clock way over to the other side of the room because even when I had it just out of reach of my bed and I had to get up to turn it off I'd still lay down and fall asleep again.

Isis is good to listen to when driving around at 2 AM.

Who was the guy who stabbed himself with a knife trying to open a DVD?

Did you hear that new song they did for the Fantastic Four soundtrack? It's called Come On, Come In or something lame like that and it's basically just Slither Part II.

Do you know what were some of the changes?... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think now they require all prenups to be done at least 7 days before the wedding since Bonds gave it to her the night before they went to be married and they thought that when the wedding is so close you may feel overly pressured into signing something you don't really agree to. Also, both people are supposed to have legal counsel unless they sign a form waving that right since Bonds had two lawyers himself and she had none.
-
For some reason I know a lot about this. I heard a big discussion about it on the radio not too long ago. His wife was from Sweden and only in America for one month before they were married. Bonds was making something like $100,000 in his first year for the Pirates, his wife didn't have a job at all, and she never got one during the marriage. By the time they got divorced Bonds was making something like $8 million for the Giants after his salary had gone up significantly each year during the marriage. When she first took it to court, the court ruled that she should get half of his assets from during the marriage because of a combination of the huge growth in his salary, her lack of understanding of English, and her not having a lawyer. Bonds took it up to the California Supreme Court who ruled in his favor and said he didn't have to pay her anything. She then appealed that and lost. So she ended up having to pay tons of money to attorneys and court fees and didn't get anything from Bonds after not having a job all those years she was married to him. They ended up making a new law about prenups in California just because of that case.

The picture wouldn't post right, but just check out the links. Have you guys seen this guy yet? It's been going around the internet the last few days. I don't know what exactly is wrong with this guy, but apparently the picture is actually real and on the Ohio Sex Offender website. http://ohio.esorn.net/ICWAgencySite.dll/Of...s?OfndrID=62569 http://www.snopes.com/photos/people/peppers.asp

Josh Homme in Metal Edge: I really have no idea what that means, but the answer to your question might be in there somewhere. It doesn't seem to be about sistersex though.

That was called Sick Love Song. It sounds real good on the album, Vince was way off on that live version though. He pretty much only sang the words that rhyme. The music video for it is all footage from the current tour and it's awesome. You can check it out here if you want to: http://www.cruedawg.com/files/videos/Motle...k_Love_Song.wmv

The highlight of the Motley set so far was during that horrible version of Live Wire, Tommy's microphone was still on for some reason and right in the middle he says "This sounds like shit"

Cornell was awful tonight. I'd been hearing from a lot of people how he was still one of the best singers in rock today, and I finally saw him and it was one of the worst performances I've seen. QOTSA were definitely on tonight and Foo Fighters are much better than I was expecting.

Motley Crue have been added as stage 1 headliners. There's supposed to be a webcast of the show on KROQ.com, so I'll probably check that out because I like quite a few of the bands on there.

I really liked the album, it's not as heavy or as technical as the self titled, and seems more centered around the vocals than the music this time around. I don't really care about the political statements in the music, as long as it sounds cool.
-
Black Label Society has always been pretty hit and miss, but this album has very few high points. Although I thought it was pretty cool for a while, I'd have to say at this point Zakk really has to cut back on his use of the pinch harmonic.

I actually predicted that Denver would pick Clarett just to prove the theory that anyone can run behind their line. I saw it happening sometime around round 6 though. I can't believe they couldn't come up with a better pick for round 3.

This reminds me, back in high school during my junior year they put up this shrine to Kurt Angle over by all the trophy cases since he went to the same high school as me. Right next to that shrine to Kurt Angle is what is basically the official bathroom of taking huge craps. It's far away from all of the regular classrooms and over by the section of the school where they have music classes and art and stuff. So no one is ever using that bathroom because they don't want to leave during the good classes. People come from all corners and floors of the school to take shits in peace right next to the Kurt Angle shrine. He should be proud.

I just downloaded that too right after I posted that I was going to buy it. It's still definitely on my to buy list after downloading.
