I wanted to catch the tour, but they aren't coming anywhere near Pittsburgh really. I wasn't too impressed by what I've heard anyway, I don't really like that singer. The CD featuring Guns N Roses members that comes out in June that I want to hear more is the Hollywood Rose demo CD. Sounds cool, I've heard some of their stuff already and it was alright. I hear Tracii Guns is on the CD too, he's one of my favorite guitarists.

I've heard about this album, I was kind of looking forward to it. Is there somewhere I can hear the song right now?

The Steelers never take players who have ever been a problem for another team. They'll just stick with what they have right now most likely. They could definitely use one of them though.

They definitely gave up too much. Eli said he wasn't going to play for San Diego and still sounded like he wasn't planning on it. Someone could have waited until a little into training camp when the Chargers knew for sure they weren't going to get him signed and were desperate to trade him so they at least get something out of the 1st overall pick.

I wonder why I never noticed this topic before. It's real hard for me to pick just 5 songs of all time. I'll give it a shot, I'm sure I won't agree with it tomorrow. Drew Carey had 207 episodes? Really? They did 8 seasons and they were all slightly longer than the usual season for what ever reason. I think I heard on TV that they filmed a season 9 that never aired, but that isnt included in the 207. Back on subject, being a big fan of the show, I don't think I'd even mind if they didn't do another season on TV. I haven't enjoyed more than a few episodes each of the 3 or 4 seasons. They all say they're doing a movie, that can be used to wrap everything up.

Having just gone through a change of colleges after 2 years I had to get my old high school to send out a copy of my transcript again. They asked me what information I wanted on it in terms of GPA and class rank. So I decided to ask what they were since I really had no idea. It turns out my regular GPA was a 2.7 but my "weighted QPA" was a 3.0. With this 3.0 I some how was ranked 311/438 people in my high school class. I decided that just having it say I had a 3.0 would make it sound much better than letting them know I was in the bottom 25% of my class. I'm still trying to figure out how 3/4 of the class did better than a solid B average. I was wondering if this was a common thing, so I'm kind of interested in seeing how some other people around here ranked in terms of the QPA vs. Class rank thing.

Um, remember what happened with last year's tour? Or was that 2002? Either way, it didn't take too long for Axl to regain his form of old and bail on shows. If they tour again this year, I give him 10 shows top before he says "Fuck it." He never actually quit the tour last time, and it was only really one show that he just didnt show up for. The promoters cancelled it because it was the second riot of the tour.

This is actually a pretty big deal with the draft as a whole. Mike Williams was possibly a top 5 and definitley a top 10 pick and pretty much throws off every team who would be picking shortly after that. If there is a supplemental draft I'd see Williams maybe going to the middle of the first round, and wouldn't be surprised to see Clarett falling as far as the 4th round.

Larry Fitzgerald remains eligible though, right? Didn't he get a league ruling for himself prior to the Clarett case?
-
I'm pretty sure I saw Artest say that the league told him he would not be suspended for it. I guess they changed their minds.

I hear that noise when the TV is on mute and stuff too. I don't know about dog whistles, seems a bit weird to me.

What is the last thing you spent money on?

I just bought a Large pizza with sausage and pepperoni, a double order of wings, and a 2 liter Pepsi from Pizza Hut for a little over $20. I'm home all by myself, I have no idea why I ordered so much. Guess I have food for a few days now. -
I haven't seen the movie yet, but I was just wondering, does this second volume have the Tarantino style twists and turns that the first lacked? I was looking for them through Volume One and didn't get any, I figured there'd have to be some in the second one.

Comedy Central's 100 Greatest Stand-Ups
jimmy no nose replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Television & Film
Although they both had funny shows, I don't think Seinfeld or Roseanne had anything close to top 15 standup acts. I'd switch Bill Hicks and Chris Rock around, I'd put Andrew Dice Clay at least a little higher, and I don't think I've ever seen Colin Quinn, Paul Reiser, or Sinbad be funny. Many of the names I don't recognize, but at least they got most of the names I think should be included, just in the wrong order. -
I bought this great CD by this band called Isabelle's Gift. I'd seen them live twice, once here in Pittsburgh with the Bloodhound Gang, the other time in South Carolina with Clutch. I finally found somewhere selling their CD and I think it's great. You might have trouble finding it, it's not really a major label release, it's just on Jimmy Franks Recording, Jimmy Pop from Bloodhound Gang's record label. They're supposed to be making a new CD right now which I'll definitely pick up. I'm not sure how I'd categorize it, it's just a good rock CD.

I was much more excited about the band when I heard rumors that they were looking at Sebastian Bach. I heard their song "Sliver" and was not impressed.

I bought a new copy of Skid Row's "Slave to the Grind" in the used CD store for $2.50 because I think I lost my old one. I forgot how much I liked that album.

The remix is on CKY Volume 2, along with a bunch of demos and prank calls by Brandon DiCamillo. You can only buy it through Transitionstore.com and amazon.com

I rented it on Xbox, still have it actually. It's real good from what I've played so far. I'll probably be buying it for PS2 so I can get online with it eventually.

I actually liked the Sink Into the Underground video the best I think.

I love them, check out my avatar. They're one of the few bands who I try and keep up with on a pretty regular basis. I first heard of them when I saw them open for Snapcase in late 2000 because my girlfriend at the time loved Snapcase for some reason. I decided to check them out right as soon as I got home and bought the album the next day. I think all of their songs are pretty good, a few of them I'd rank as some of my favorite songs ever. I listened to IDR almost nonstop for months after it came out, I was so impressed. I drove out to Philly back in June and again on Halloween to see them because those were their two big for the fans concerts. Plastic Plan is probably my least favorite song of theirs as well, but hearing it live was actually very cool. Their live show is great, they're also very, very cool guys who make a big effort to talk to every single fan who approaches. I saw someone mention that they play Parker guitars, that's just their singer Deron who plays them because he is sponsored by them. They actually sponsored him pretty early on in the band's history.

What is this and who is in it? I don't remember seeing any commercials for it at all. It's the new Disney movie, I don't have any idea who's in it, but it doesn't really matter in animated movies. All the kids see them.

I think I'd probably be a lot higher than that 3.0 if I had perfected my method earlier on in my high school career. I never actually did any work at my house, but my grades kept going up each semester because I was always perfecting my method of doing no work at all in the classes I'm good in and instead using that time for homework from my bad classes. I couldn't make it work too well in 9th grade and ended up with like a 2.3, 10th grade I was improving with about a 2.8, 11th grade I was getting real good with a 3.3, then senior year I mastered it with a 3.6, including the high honor roll(just means you have more As than Bs and nothing else) the second semester.

Here is the first and for some reason that isnt the only race car that comes up
