Nigga stole everyones bike.

Noble and Kash were pretty good as a team and I believed the fans were just about to get behind them as heel foils to London and Kendrick, much more so than Idol and James. I just wonder what happened to cause this. I'm pretty sure he was dying to get out of TNA and they were likewise sick of him, but there's still a chance there. I don't think Noble to ECW serves much purpose. The only captivating match-up is with Punk which already happened and air time is sparse. If they continue to keep him on TV he would get just as much spotlight on SD. In fact pairing up Noble and Yang again sounds good to me.

What about The Upright Man? Or was that also subliminal animal?

OAO "Holy shit, Kurt Angle is in TNA now" thread...
Golgo 13 replied to Downhome's topic in TNA Wrestling
Now TNA can aim toward getting above that elusive 1.0! -
I'm kinda tired so if I'm completely wrong about you talking about Full Metal Alchemist, then just disregard this post. But yeah, FMA the anime and FMA the manga appear to be very different from what I can tell. Lots of little and big things make the two different. Not to mention the anime come to an end while the manga is still running IIRC. The anime is an enjoyable if not thoroughly faithful adaptation. Keep in mind I've only seen snippets of the manga, but from what I've read I prefer the brevity and changes to the story. It's pretty satisfying overall.

No, last year before he and Murdoch split he had different tights. Then he went to the striped tights which he had at least as late as March. It wasn't until fairly recently that he adopted the Blackjacks look.

I'm assuming this show marks our return to the US, but I think there would still be a large number of vocal Canadians in attendance.

The Things That Anger You Thread.
Golgo 13 replied to Man Who Sold The World's topic in General Chat
Regarding Gamestop, etc., if they're not pushy with it I'll at least hear them out. If they bombard me as soon as I walk in or continue to push after I've said no to everything, then I get irritated. They're just doing their jobs up until that point, I sympathize. Thankfully there are a couple independant stores around here that haven't gone by the wayside yet, so I try to support them on general principle. -
You forgot his patches of facial hair.

I also saw this on the GameFAQs boards with no source attributed there. Viscera and Trevor Murdoch are up, with Crazy next. Murdoch looks awesome but is a bit too buff.

So much for that.

I underestimated how bad Trinity Blood would be. I've just about given up on it. Meanwhile the Bleach dub keeps sinking.
-
Just around a 1000 for entrances, so I should finish at 2500 as per usual.
-
It's weird that they keep zanpakutou and not shinigami.
-
Kon's dub is so bad. Wretched. Everything else was okay though there was some goofyness in the dialogue.
-
I'd give it a chance regardless. If nothing else, try to catch it on Adult Swim if you can and go from there, since it's just starting tonight and it seems you're not opposed to dubs. It's probably easier for one skeptical such as yourself. It's more accurate to liken it to Yu Yu Hakusho than DBZ anyway, which itself is more or less DBZ without all the debilitating faults and traps. For instance, there's no incessant talk of strength levels and powering up nonsense which waste half the story arc or insane, 'unrealistic' and sudden power leaps which OMG threaten to tear the planet apart. There's no planet hopping, no aliens, so everything remains grounded. There's style to spare in every aspect and if not for this, it would be just another action retread. The designs and characters are all unique due to this and are what make the series better than most in the action genre.
-
I'm not going to lie, it's a pretty typical Shonen Jump actioneer in the style of predecessors like DBZ, Yu Yu Hakusho, etc., but with swords and enough elements to make it fun and unique, and of course plenty of blood and violence with a healthy, balanced amount of comedy.

Assuming GamingRing's info was correct, we may as well deduct five or six right now. Austin, Rock, Foley, Hogan, Rhodes, Perfect. Add the two who no one was really clamoring for or care about like Hillbilly Jim, Masked Kane, Old School/Legend Taker, Jimmy Hart, JYD, Nikolai Volkoff in years past. Let's say we classify Hacksaw as at least one. Then four/five more. Eddie, Bret, Roberts. Owen. And I'm guessing Terry Funk has a more realistic shot than any of the other three I previously posted, with the possible exception of Vader. And I'm really hoping not, but with the inclusion of the 360, I'm banking on one of the twelve roster spots being platform specific as opposed to the PSP unlockable last year.
-
It was classified as either fake or prematurely leaked. As far as I know GamingRing were the ones who broke it, not IGN, Gamespot, etc., who've had zero on it. It's by no means official or at least not yet. In any case, give me Steamboat, Owen, Vader and Pillman, dammit.
-
Maybe Cade and Murdoch as default champs. I hope they include Little Bastard as a weapon under the ring, even as a Finlay specialty thing. Hm. At least two thirds of Rock, Austin and Foley will probably take up Legend spots also. Dusty Rhodes comes to mind as another possibility.
-
That was convenient. Divided into SD, Raw and ECW, because I'm bored. Who knows if there'll even be an ECW distinction. Raw Candice Michelle Carlito Chris Masters Edge Eugene John Cena Johnny Nitro Kane Lance Cade Lita Melina Mickie James Randy Orton Ric Flair Shawn Michaels Shelton Benjamin Snitsky Torrie Wilson Trevor Murdoch Triple H Trish Stratus Umaga Viscera SmackDown Batista Bobby Lashley Booker T Boogeyman Chavo Guerrero Chris Benoit Daivari Finlay The Great Khali Gregory Helms John Bradshaw Layfield Jillian Hall Joey Mercury Ken Kennedy Kid Kash Mark Henry Matt Hardy Paul Burchill Psicosis Rey Mysterio Super Crazy Undertaker Vito William Regal ECW The Big Show Hardcore Holly Kurt Angle Rob Van Dam Snitsky, Murdoch, Cade, Holly and Vito are a surprise. Also surprised at the lack of at least a couple of the Spirit Squad members, disappointed there's no London, Kendrick, Noble, or Haas. Kash getting a spot is cool. Speculation on the Legends? Hacksaw Jim Duggan? Squeeze Sabu in there? Maybe they'll finally include Owen. Hell, I want the entire Foundation.
