Yeah, I also live in CO. The wrestling scene here is awful. There were a few in business the last I looked around the net, but it honestly seems like none of the feds around here last very long before folding. Fusion Pro Wrestling is probably the best bet to look into. Rocky Mountain Championship Wrestling and NWA Rocky Mountain, I'm not even sure are still around. There are a few others, but I can't even recall their names at the moment.

Well, there is the vertical stand, which unless you're a clutz, are prone to wild flailing seizures or have grabby brats around the house, will absolutely keep it from falling over. Not saying this about you or anyone here personally, but the whole horizontal vs. vertical thing is silly. No one is certain which way is the "right" way. It's a crapshoot, really, and someone will find just as many people praising or damning vertical as they will horizontal. With that said, Bif, you should probably start digging a grave for your current PS2. It's most likely done.

On Buff Bagwell's arrest. After checking around, it appears it was for punching a WCW crew member, who then called the cops.

We had IDs at my HS, although we didn't have to wear them around our neck like so much cattle. Gun stories. During lunch freshman year, a guy got shot by someone from another school at a 7-11 just up the block. From then on the only ones allowed to leave for lunch were upperclassmen with vehicles, and as you can imagine, no one was happy with that and didn't abide by it. I can't remember exactly when this one happened, but during classes some jackass outside the school shot *himself* and concocted a story about a drive-by. The best (and only real) fight I witnessed was a brawl on the ramp leading down to the cafeteria. A nice length of time before anyone broke it up, great wild punches, both guys getting thrown head first into the wall or the vending machine, it was fun. The only thing I saw otherwise were all the shameful non-fights with both guys metaphorically waving their dick, flapping their arms and saying "What? What? You want some, bitch? What?" repeatedly before it was broken up without one punch thrown.

I'd really hate for them to add more teams. There's just no need for it. The number is perfect at this point. And fuck it. Have the Raiders make another jump to LA.

Since I've been in the fed I've always assumed that there was a safe zone above the limit, and I'm sure many others believe the same. The leeway varies from marker to marker, but it's generally there and has been stated as such many times, albeit not officially. I honestly don't know where you got the notion that word limits are so strict you can't go over, and regarding CF, especially when it was explicitly stated on the card that you can, within obvious reason. No one ever said you're auto-jobbed if you go over, only if you take it too far. I don't feel this overflow thing was ever added after the fact. Anyway, just use discretion. There's no need for any of that 5% stuff, no offense to Toxxic. Really, if you say to yourself "This may be too much," then it probably is. That's it. If it isn't broke, etc., etc. Basically, everything Tom said, since he puts it better than I can.

I don't believe I saw Madvillain mentioned. Look for their album, as well as Madlib and MF Doom's other stuff, often released under their alter egos, so look on AllMusic for all that. In addition to them, you may want to consider Kool Keith (again, though, more goofy alter ego stuff with him).

I loved TGTTM at first, but all these repeated episodes have soured me on it quite a bit. They actually put out five or six episodes, which is only marginally better, so that point still stands. There's still a lot of potential there, though. Meanwhile, I used to hate Super Milk-Chan, but it's grown on me. Things like the Belgian Waffles Guy from the first ep are just so ridiculous you can't help but love them.

I'm thinking he needs the rest of the match in order to make a fair decision. Not like that matters, however. I have this in the bag.

It took a few shows in for me to start paying attention, but it's now one of my favorites. I love all the references and parodies, and a majority of the episodes stand up in multiple viewings. As for a renewal, the reruns have been getting great ratings and usually finish at the very top of their nights, the last time I checked. If it isn't renewed, I'm guessing it'd be because of a money issue since it seems like it would cost more to produce than Adult Swim's other stuff.

The official theme is Europe's "The Final Countdown." I've decided. Or at least, that's what I'm gonna use. I don't care what the rest of you jerks do.

This has bugged me for a while, though not quite enough to make a topic, so now is the place since I figure I can get it fulfilled. Get rid of those animated emoticons. When writing something by using Add Reply, especially a long post, that shit becomes tiresome and/or distracting, not to mention the inherent lameness and slightly retarded nature of the icons themselves and the posters that use them on a semi-regular basis. There's also the fact that DJ Jeff introduced that plague, and, you know, it's DJ Jeff... You don't want any lasting impressions or influence of that guy on the board, I'm sure.

If not that, simplify them to only the basics or only include them when necessary (the eventual General Wrestling mega folder, for instance).
