It will happen. The people with normal analog sets will have to get a converter of some sort (box or possibly just an inline converter) that will downconvert the signal.

Try upgrading the videocard drivers while booting to safe mode with networking.

Why not just buy a 19" or so TV for less than the LCD screen would cost and at almost 3x the size?

Football (even though it's preseason) returns in a little more than 16 hours. God it will be nice to watch some football again even though the 1st team will only play a quarter or so and it will be scrubs throughout the rest. My pick is the Redskins.

It will be sad to see him retire. I've watched him his whole career from A ball for Bellingham Mariners (my hometown and before they moved it to Everett to be the AquaSox) on up to the M's. It was a good run and nice to see someone play his entire career and end it with one team in this age.

If they were smart from a money perspective they would try damn hard to keep him. The merch alone would make up for it.
