I agree, and honestly - of all the things to make TNA look more bush league, this kind of does it, in my eyes. There's just something about Sting that doesn't scream "international wrestling superstar" - to me, at least.

Scarlet Witch is my XML2 character of choice. I like Iron Man, Cyclops, Sunfire and Magneto as well I've not levelled SW up enough to see her true power - but I hear she rocks. Same goes for Iron Man. I only got him near the end of the game so he was pretty weak. On my second go-through I plan to max him out since he's my all-time favourite Marvel Universe character.

I think for future games they need to expand on GM Mode with more options as well as more realism, and change it to be the actual "Season Mode". Move the old-style Seasons Mode to be "Story Mode" which is actually more of what it is, anyway. I only say this since a Season is more about managing EVERYTHING in the game from finances, to rosters, to matches and angles, etc.

Ditto. I usually can't deal with ultra fanboy sites that post that kind of stuff. They act as if they're married to the characters or something. I like it here, where it's obvious that we love the show, but we're not freaks about it.

Yeah, ditto. Wolvie and Cyke are always regulars on my XML2 team as well. Usually with Magneto/Sunfire and Iceman/Nightcrawler.

I enjoyed the Christan/Roode match, actually. It was full of intereference, but it was the fun/enjoyable kind of schmozz ending. I really enjoyed Red/Joe, as well. As short as it was, I'd never seen Red in action before and that little guy can bump like a motherfucker! Even the basebrawl setup wasn't as offensive as I thought it would be. Simon Diamond is really competent on the mic, IMO. The only complaints I have, as usual, are Jeff Hardy (the guy can't even make a stomp look like it's connecting) and the Orlando crowd. I'd put Monty Brown in there as well, but I didn't have to listen to him talk with his so-called "charisma" so I won't.

Jesus, look no further than the Four fucking Horsemen. Arn, Ole & Tully were never the most muscular of guys but they were fucking TOP OF THE LINE workers who could go for an hour in the ring and act like it were only five minutes. Even Flair, to a lesser extent, wasn't overly muscular or toned. Jake, I hope they sign someone CW Anderson and make him WWE Champion JUST to piss you off. That would be nice.
