Do you take vitamins? I recently started a daily-vitamin regimen, marking the first time I've done so since I was popping Flintstones chewables all those years ago. I'm taking this particular multivitamin you can get from Target. One tablet has, among other things, 150% of the suggested daily value of vitamin C. I like to pretend that this makes me stand tall above the slain bodies of colds and scurvy, my own body sweating, bleeding, and pissing bright, orange-colored fluid.

I've noticed a decrease in the lethargy I had been lately feeling, but I don't know that I can credit the vitamins. Maybe I was just going through a phase. Still, there's 100 tablets in this bottle, so I'm taking one every day and probably buying more when I run out. Where else am I going to get 300% of my daily value of B12 before I leave the house each morning.

Heavy Metal and subgenre description

That cover of "One"* Mastodon did for that video game commercial was a godawful piece of shit and makes me slightly apprehensive about the new album. * A small portion of the blame shall be lifted from Mastodon for the fact that, be it the original by Harry Nilsson or covers by Three Dog Night, Aimee Mann, or anyone else, "One" just isn't a good song. -
Are people really worried that Hoff might be dead? Did he have health issues (other than the obvious, har har)? Maybe he just got sick of Internet life.

Funny how a story that's become a part of board history started in a three-page thread that largely concerned itself with farts and sleep issues and very little about the story itself. Wait, it isn't actually "funny," but you know.

Back to the original message, who is "Hope"? Marney's life partner?
-
Oh, yeah!

I would say sweating, bleeding, and pissing bright, orange-colored fluid is entirely related.

She was speaking on behalf of her tumors. Yes.

Oh, yeah!

I've never known anyone to be callous on the board! Is this our first board member death? Crucifixio Jones and netslob (didn't the latter say he was going to commit suicide?) don't count.

You don't say.

Being touched on the neck. I can handle it in an intimate situation, but if I see a hand coming for my neck at any other time, I freak out. The word "panties." Not the object itself—which I like a good deal!—but the word. I can type it and read it just fine, but I loathe hearing it said out loud.

I think the mods were within their rights to delete the pictures, though I wish I had saved them to my home computer before they did it.

Not digging this so much, but it hasn't been weak enough to put down. A little too heavy on the mysticism for my liking, and far too many scenes of philosophical wankery. It has a lot of funny parts, though, and Johnson comes up with some really beautiful writing. Which is enough to keep me going. Unless the books starts knocking it out of the park in the second half, this will definitely go down as my least favorite of the books of his I've read. 1. Jesus' Son 2. Tree of Smoke 3. Angels ====== 4. Already Dead

I'm glad I opened that thread at work. I hated this job, anyway.

The fact that you have to be the most retarded fucker alive to even think about doing something like that. That's what I didn't get.
