Many ladies dig the look. I can attest to this.

Her name is listed as the sender. The subject reads "Watch milfs grease helmets." It's too early in the morning for this shit.

Yeah, I know Pitchfork (and Mos Def). And "all sound and fury and so forth" was me avoiding the oft-used phrase "all sound and fury signifying nothing."

I can't say I've heard the EL-P album, since I'm pretty much only familiar with the more popular indie music, which is sort of like an oxymoron I guess. As such, I HAVE heard the Wilco album, and while I think it's pretty good, I don't think it's the best album of the year. I always wondered why, as it didn't really seem to have that extra quality. It was really good, not great. I now remember Kinetic praising this one to death, probably on a boat, and I've always wanted an explanation. As for mine, I'd say Source Tags and Codes, as it was sort of like a throwback to the early nineties true alternative stuff, except it was for my generation and therefore was cooler to me. Great production along with great hooks. Too bad it didn't get much attention though. Even I only fell in love with it earlier this year, but yeah, greatness for sure. I haven't listened to any new music in a while, what the hell is out there in 2003? The only album I remember buying is...well, I really don't. Fantastic Damage is a sonically dense, complex hip hop record. El-P is no slouch when it comes to lyrics, but his production work is the real show here. So many things are happening in this album, and, even after repeated listens, I still find suprises in it. I don't like Trail of Dead, outside of a couple of songs. All sound and fury and so forth.

I was quoting Prince in this thread, you squares.
-
He steals my material. Come to think of it, you do that, too.

I intially typed "nut punching." Then I remembered Mary Hart is a female.

El-P's Fantastic Damage. When I compiled a top 20 list for the radio station--everyone did one, which was tabulated into an overall station top 20--I put Wilco's Yankee Foxtrot Hotel as number one. It's a really good album, but I hardly ever listen to it anymore. So, yeah, El-P's Fantastic Damage for 2002. As for 2003, the forerunner is Her Majesty, the Decemberists, by the Decemberists.

You should be grateful.

Mary Hart was just talking to Henry Winkler about John Ritter. If Mary Hart were a poster here, I'd want to give her a vag punching.

Yeah, not like you. Now please excuse me, I'm off to bet my friend that he can’t have sex with the girl that I love, then when he does, freak out and hit myself in the face eighteen times, dent the girls car, break his sunglasses into tiny pieces, smash his CDs, and break down crying three different times while listening to “Times Like These” by the Foo Fighters on my way home. All Hispanics are drug dealers. Dude, quit copping my material.

No joke. I did it, now I feel like Carson Daly.

Kinetic only listens to music released prior to 1982. And I don't recall painting my fingernails black (or at all, really) last night, yet there they are.

I sincerely want to fuck the taste out of your mouth.

Awesome, though CJ's guffawing immediately thereafter rankled it a bit.

Lets make the biggest quote ever

Dames should pull the plug. I can only hold this board together for so long. -
I got a porn email from my mom.

The email address isn't hers (unless it's a secret one!), but I don't need to see her name in the sender line. And all the message said was: -
Now Dames will never be happy.

This thread just got very horrible.
-
Did you hear? I'm the champion of that folder. It makes me hate.
-
Kinetic will be with us in every thread. His soul lives on!

He died in a boating accident.

You don't know how lucky you are.

Going to Mexico is really own advisable if you live near the border. You can go to any drug store down there and get what you want, and you can avoid the fishy dealers in your own town. Old people do this a lot, actually.

The Suicide Girl thing has made her more interesting. I'm thinking I should meet her again.
