hahahah I'm shocked nobody has further discussed this. While I enjoy the knowledge, sometimes they too often randomly cut from a HUGE fight to explain why this and this is happening. Good example is when Rock Lee first used the Lotus. Anyway, I'm on about ep 60 in Naruto after finally deciding to watch what the best friend gave me, and I love it. Looks like the love will suddenly halt somewhere, though question: what ep number is Naruto on?

wow, didn't expect to read this at all when I signed on tonight. Hopefully he suffers no permanent damage. I won't lie though, I was and am sick as HELL of HHH in WM main-events. So this at least takes care of that >

this PPV sounds too good to miss out on. I love SD.
-
yeah no kidding. I REALLY wanna see this card. Smackdown has the best wrestling on tv. and I guess on PPV too
-
weird... just before I saw your reply i went to their title history section, and in that time period you mention, it was Shawn Michaels whom held the title. and lame. They couldve said WCW title, if theyre supposed to be two different titles after all.
-
...when did he hold the World Heavyweight title? Did I miss something??
-
ahh the old blue boards then that hideous yellow. It's weird to think about how long ago that was. I was noobish then too.

I really think its interesting that Smackdown has once again caught up with Raw in terms of amount of viewers (according to the past six weeks), and it seems like most people prefer to just watch it and not be posting at the same time. Almost like the Raw threads are for group-ranting about the show whereas Smackdown.. it's just fun.
-
he did Melina, overnovernover again. Then left his wife (I think that's the order...)
-
according to most news site and their reviews of the show, it seems like the only matches to get good reviews were the SD singles matches and Lita/Mickie.. ..yeah. Who the hell booked the 10-man matches???
-
I enjoyed Smackdown the least when Vince was on it, doing the Mr. America storyline, and Zach Gowen, and having Sable as a mistress.. ugh yeah, It's great to know he's ignoring the show. If the ratings and PPV buys grow, then maybe he will realize that ...nah.. nevermind.
-
awesome show. Man, if this shit were on Thursdays.. it would easily get more discussion going as opposed to RAW.
-
I can't speak for this one, but I've played the last 4 of them and they play very differantly. I much prefer the DOR engine, but it looks like it's dead yeah thought so. It blows that we probably won't see another DOR game too (especially one with as many bells n whistles as the SD series seems to get). bleh bleh. SD v RAW 07 seems like a sad waste of money.
-
so as someone with a) no PS2/360 and b) a big fan of the DOR game engine... how does this game play compared? And, has ANY of the SD series games ever had an engine similar to the DOR/N64 games? Gameplay is really all that matters to me (well, that and an extensive CAW).

wii getting pimped by CNN: http://money.cnn.com/2006/11/15/commentary...sion=2006111511 alllright.. soon we will finally know just how much the wii is underpowered compared to the PS360. It will obviously be a notable difference - will it really make a difference, though?

didn't see too much of Brown's work, but I did particularly enjoy his match vs Truth on impact, in one of those qualifying matches for King of the Mountain. oh well. I actually think it's his loss and not TNAs here.

Harsh Times lives up to its name opening weekend.. shame, since it looks like a really good film.

I think it's all meant to breed more competition between the two writing teams. Something has to be said for a show that has had so many people go injured or gone, and STILL has gains in the ratings. For themost part, the writing on Smackdown (at least match-wise) has been great all year long. On the other side.. how many Raw matches have recieved acclaim this year compared to SD?
-
great great show. Kennedy looking that strong really took me by surprise. I hope we get a BIG SD Survivor Series elimination match with him and Taker included, so that we can extend their feud beyond SS without too many singles matches between em. Also - we got Boogeyman in a squash, and no Londrick? That's pretty weak. Otherwise it's again, another good outing from Smackdown.
-
well that stinks, because you really can tell when Lashley went from being big on Smackdown to this odd feud with Tatanka out of nowhere. I hope that all gets worked out, because.. would he really fit in on RAW? ECW maaybe.. but since I watch SD over the other brands, it'll suck to lose a guy like him.
-
another GREAT show. Everything connected rather nicely. One weird thing: only like, 4 guys attacked Batista as he walked Booker out... isn't that a bit strange? You'd think they'd make this into a bigger deal and send quite a few guys from the other brands, but yeah.. I thought it was funny.
-
MAN I should NOT have clicked on that link from spankwire... holy shit...
-
we need London and Kendrick to do a few promos, and just be crazy. Yea, they may be pretty over, but what does the audience really know about them besides the fact that they're champs, they're good in the ring, and a little 'off'? anyway... wonder how good the Batista/Finaly match is.
-
I think Smackdown can write themselves a couple of great money matches if the writing continues to be strong. annnnd Fast Nationals for Friday put Smackdown at a 2.7, putting CW ahead of FOX (again!), with their highest rating on the CW ever.

yeah. yeah. Uli or Laura winning would have been fine, and overall I did like everyone's collections.. but jeffrey over the others? No fucking way. He made two horrendous dresses. Uli made not one thing they complained about, and Laura's was PERFECT, and yeah it was limited, but she wanted it to be limited to evening dresses! Anyway.. yeah... damn.
