I read in a review that on the first page of his script, he used "who's" instead of "whose" multiple times. I chuckled, chortled, and guffawed.

But what kills it for me is his self-depreciation. His apologies, his "I'm bothering you" and "I'm almost done", and the repeating of jokes is just so goddamn annoying.

Well, for the origin of "USJL" (since I was actually around for that), when the Smarks Junior League merged into the SWF, the unified SJL World Title (also contained the SJL European Title) was to be unified with the SWF United States title. At the Clusterfuck PPV on February 1, 2004, the US Champion, Sacred, fought the SJL Champion, Landon Maddix. Sacred won and unified the titles. The USJL name was kept.

Dr. Strangelove Or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb I came into this with high expectations, and they were met. Completely. Peter Sellers is an acting god, plain and simple. Every little thing Dr. Strangelove did had me cracking up ("Mein Fuhrer, I can walk!"). George C. Scott was also great; I loved everything from his slip in the war room to "He'll see the big board!" I can't say enough good things about this movie. I loved it.

Yeah, Chip is a MACHINE. The only team that really bothers me is the vertically challenged one.

That and his repeating of jokes are the worst parts. I don't like his acts.

The Fellowship of the Ring Well, I'm certainly glad I saw this before going on to The Two Towers for the first time, because I hadn't seen it since 2001 when it was in theaters. I thought I'd remember most of it, but I really didn't. Anyway, I love it. Long exposition that didn't seem boring or forced, great acting on all sides, beautiful cinematography (Rivendel is just...wow), and great directing by Jackson. Plus, seeing Aragorn kick Orc ass is SO awesome. So, yeah, now I have the other two to watch. Dr. Strangelove is on tap for later today.

I wish "Brian Does Hollywood" was on there, just because I want to know whose brilliant idea it was to do the "Previously On..." segment.
