Most Americans want doctors to be held accountable for their mistakes...you may disagree with that, but the public will have more votes than you next month. It's JUDGES and NOT LAWYERS who are the problem. Actually, it's a combination of lawyers and juries. Juries are the ones who typically decide verdicts and amounts. Judges just adjust them down on appeal.

Most Americans want doctors to be held accountable for their mistakes...you may disagree with that, but the public will have more votes than you next month. The public thinks that doctors should be held accountable for true incompetence, like amputating the wrong leg. Most malpractice claims, though, are just actions by ambulance chasers to get a quick payoff.

Hasn't he said that he will not do so until AFTER he possibly becomes president. I remember a while back him saying that he had a plan to save lives, etc... but then went on to say he wouldn't talk about what his plan was until he was in office. Know what that sounds like? Sounds like Richard Nixon's secret plan to win in Vietnam, which is one of the talking points the Left had against Nixon before Watergate finally destroyed him.

Name-dropping works up until the third one. At that point, he needs to answer the fucking question. When you spend 1/2 of your rebuttal name-dropping instead of talking policy, it's not good.
