Stacy Keibler on Dancing With the Stars Finals Tonight
CanadianChick replied to Fro's topic in The WWE Folder
Well, let's be a little fair to WWE here. I doubt Stacy is a thrifty shopper, so there are the clothes expense that are more than what could be. There's the female beauty crap. And I doubt she's staying in Motel 6. I bet you chicks are paying ALOT more than guys on the road because of the misc. female stuff and the higher standards. -
You're right. They'd say that they didn't like my new highlights in my hair, so I'd fire their asses. How are we kidding?
-
Come on now, not all women are fucking retards. Are you saying you would have handled the Dicks better if you were on top? Yeah, Steph is stupid for letting the Dicks go. It's obvious they had a lot of potential and were ready to make a blast onto the scene. I would have, you know, done what most people on this board would have done too: build a tag division. Not every team is going to be a top team, and that's where the Dicks come in. MNM, Mexicools, London/Spanky, Burchill/Regal, LOD 2005, and the Dicks would have made a fine tag division. Now, Mexicools, Spanky and London are dicking around in the cruiser division, Burchill's a pirate with Regal doing nothing, Animal is doing noting (well, to be fair, that team could be replaced anyways) and the Dicks are fired. Yeah, I like my scenerio better.

So, who's going to be canned after Wrestlemania?
CanadianChick replied to spman's topic in The WWE Folder
I think Haas just came back into the company and they haven't even used him yet. It would make no sense at all to fire him already. London - I don't think they will fire him because he's over as a Cruiserweight, he has the look, a great wrestler and if they fire him they know TNA will pick him up and push em. Agreed. I don't see any of the ROH cruisers (London, Spanky, Noble) getting released for the simple fact that they'd help TNA. Now Scotty, Funaki, and those guys on the other hand...not so safe. -
BIG announcement expected backstage on Monday

Come on now. The CM Punk thing in the beginning of the thread was cute. -

And the Smackdown ME for Mania is...

People still believe Mr. Resthold is better than Edge? Wow. -
THE OAO Raw thread for 2/20/06
CanadianChick replied to Open the Muggy Gate's topic in The WWE Folder
Of course ECW is dead. But it seems to me to be almost the equivilent of winning it in a hometown. Sure, Angle's win at Unforgiven '01 was meaningless in the long run, but hey, that moment celebrating with his family was sweet. -
THE OAO Raw thread for 2/20/06
CanadianChick replied to Open the Muggy Gate's topic in The WWE Folder
How is it an ill-conceived notion exactly? Seems like the best place for RVD to win a belt, if he ever will. -
Excellent. It's a current dream of mine for HHH to be face at the same time and on the same roster as RVD. It'll make me giggle. But time to dissect your idea: Why is Triple H cool with Cena? Why is Triple H suddenly changing his character 180 degrees and being "cool" with Cena? Why would they be taking on two faces in a tag match? Why wouldn't Cena be cheered for beating up Triple H? By golly, I thought Triple H was the most over heel on the roster! Surely a half assed face turn that night wouldn't change that and the fans would just love the number one bad guy getting beat up, right?

Pose for Playboy or YOU'RE FIRED! But, but, but...I don't want to! Anyways...if Vince was doing that Trish's boyfriend/Mickie James angle to replay what happened to him, you'd think that he'd hire a more attractive male. I mean, come on now. That was one ugly dude. As for what Hector said...wow. That's just...wow.

Ouch. He's not THAT bad.

Why does WWE continue to put on womens matches?
CanadianChick replied to spman's topic in The WWE Folder
Well, let's be brutally honest here: in WWE, you just have to be decent looking and have a good body. Makeup can do wonders, and I think the girls in WWE prove that. I think there are certainly enough females out there that are better than decent in the ring and as attractive as the Divas with the right amount of makeup. Hell, just look at the recent Shimmer show. Sure, there are a couple girls there that aren't very attractive, but most of them are fine with a couple of fixes here and there by WWE standards. Lacey, Rain, Daizee Haze, Rebecca Knox, Shantelle Taylor (already signed), Krissy Vaine (THAT's her name! Already signed), Tiana Ringer, Cheerleader Melissa and Nikki Rox (that might be the wrong name actually...) with a tan are all attractive enough, and are all fine in the ring and believable enough. I'm sure women indy freaks will chime in here too with others I'm missing or some they disagree with, but the point remains. WWE will never have a division more than 8, just like with the cruiser division. There are more than 8 attractive, good enough wrestlers on the indy market, and all of them are young too. -

CanadianChick replied to spman's topic in The WWE Folder
...alright then. Is Supergirls better? Ahhhhh, yeah. Women promotions have sorta lame names, eh? GLOW, WOW, ah geez. There could be a market for it, but I doubt that WWE will be the company to test that theory. A shame too, because I think a women's division with attractive females that can actually wrestle would be surprisingly successful. Best of both worlds, and everyone has something there. -

I quite enjoy women's wrestling in the indy market actually. Alot of those girl's strikes look believable, and some of the selling is great too, because hey, chicks are more sympathetic than males are. I think it's a little unfair to base American women's wrestling on just WWE product if you've never seen the indies version. If you have Rudo, than never mind. But have you seen some of the more proclaimed American women indies? Shimmer, or anything to that extent? -
That CM Punk will get misused in WWE, therefore what the "ROH nuts" were suspecting the whole time? Yeah, give them the expected! Motherfuckers!

Fuck you. I think KC was just stating what the majority's opinion is, not his. He's a big fan of women's wrestling (indy stuff) as far as I know. You know, when I said it's better now than 6 months ago, I must admit, I did momentarly forget about Ashley wrestling every fucking week, so I admit I was wrong there. The reason why they don't do shit like mud wrestling is a lame attempt to appear as if they aren't degrading the women, and see, they're wrestling! Sorta, kinda, if you squint....that was a hiptoss! One of the worst things is having someone like Jillian Hall, who apparently is competent in the ring, as strictly a valet while Ashley and Torrie, not trained fully, are wrestlers. Huh? Oh, and they have Beth Pheonix and Shelley (she's trained, right OVW fans? Help a sista out here...) in OVW strictly as valets too, and they are trained. And they recently signed Shantelle Taylor and, ah dammit, that chick from Team Blondage to a development deal, and they are trained too. It's just like, where the fuck are they going with this? It's like randomly signing ROH guys and never using them on TV, but having someone like Chris Masters who barely seems trained when he first comes in. In conclusion: WWE confuses me. -
When's the last time we had a thread about cover songs?
CanadianChick replied to Giuseppe Zangara's topic in Music
Speaking of pop songs covered, I quite enjoy Local H's cover of Toxic. -
Please see: Comments that don't warrant a thread Thank You.

CanadianChick replied to spman's topic in The WWE Folder
Ahhhh, I actually don't really think Mickie's that attractive (though really, in this case, my opinion on the matter doesn't matter much since it's not a reason why I watch girls wrestle), but she's a good actress. Granted, the character she plays doesn't make that all to hard, but still, it's refreshing to see a decent actress in WWE compared to the rest of them like Lita, Torrie, Candace, etc who couldn't act sad if their puppy got ran over. Her segment with that dude (who, by the way, is the ugliest model in the world if he is one) got more than one giggle out of me. -
This completely blows my mind. It isn't costing them money when an already bought CD is simply copied on another medium. If this is unlawful, then all MP3 players are too, because what else could you do with one?

Hello random! I like soup! So, when is Orlando going to bisexual? I want to see another disastor unfold...

Why does WWE continue to put on womens matches?
CanadianChick replied to spman's topic in The WWE Folder
Because girls are more likely to fall out of their top wrestling than just standing there. To be perfectly honest, it's better now than it was even 6 months ago, before Mickie debuted. -
Because I get amused at the random times he posts.

Agreed. Wishing death on a racist/homophobe isn't justice. Saw the video on WWE.com. Pretty emotional stuff right there. I wish him recovery.
