Fuck it. Edge needs to start earning his keep after his abortion of a singles push on SD. So putting him in a ladder match where he would be made to bump his long-haired ass off in order to make Matt Hardy into the next big thing is the least he can do for being a stale and boring as shit wrestler ever since he got singled out for a god push by Vince.... Failed singles push? How was it a failure? And stop acting like he got pushed to the top or anything. The furthest he got pushed was upper mid card. Angle and Benoit were more pushed last year than he was.

I still remember the Owen/Helen/Bret thing as if it was yesterday. Owen's reaction after Helen threw in the towel was priceless.

Oh, I know that. Of course you would push Chris Benoit over someone like RVD with those numbers. But if pushing someone with a lower positive number is not nessesarly a bad idea. They are still gaining viewers without a push as opposed to someone who is getting a push and gaining even less viewers. Although I still don't understand the Trish rating. Whenever Gail Kim was on, Trish was too. So how could one have such a bad number and the other a good one?

Why are some people acting like a low positive number is awful? They are still gaining viewers. I think the only thing this shows is that people without a push who are getting extremely high ratings should be pushed to the moon and pushed guys who are getting extremely low ratings shouldn't get pushed. If a non-pushed guy is getting a low positive number (like +50 000 or something like that) doesn't mean they shouldn't get pushed. They are still getting viewers.

Good for Rob to play hardball with this. I know most RVD fans are hoping that he doesn't resign, but I am hoping he does as I don't get anything else but WWE. The way I look at it, if he does resign, Vince obviously offered him something good enough not to go. IMO, RVD resigning=RVD push. If WWE doesn't offer anything, than fuck 'em. It's not like Rob won't be successful somewhere else. Who knows, maybe with Hogan going to TNA, and maybe Rob, TNA could get a TV deal. Longshot maybe, but still something to hope for.
