Deadbeater: WWE always markets Sable as 'sexy' and she's constantly in revealing clothes. Molly isn't portrayed like that at all. Hell, you can even tell that when you read the WWE headline: "In today's voting, the sexy Sable takes on Molly." And aren't some of those contests rigged? Or is that just polls?

So are all the divas going to be at Steph's bacherlorette party?

They're doing that this week? Sweet.

Hollywood Tells Hunter: You're No Austin or Rock
CanadianChick replied to JasonX's topic in The WWE Folder
Just for all you RVD fans, here's a list of all the TV stuff he's done (from his website, because I'm too lazy to sumarize): In the Spring of 1999, after moving out to Los Angeles from Orlando, Rob Van Dam gained a guest-starring spot on NBC's Saturday morning teen sitcom, City Guys. RVD played himself in the show and teamed with El-Train, a regular on the series, to benefit a local organization. The show aired on October 23, 1999 and, as usual, garnered a new nickname for Rob Van Dam. He was labelled Mr. NBC. On May 7, 2000, Rob Van Dam played the opponent of Bert Zupanic on the mega-popular prime time FOX series, The X-Files. Besides wrestling onscreen, Van Dam was the fight scene choreographer, a job which he greatly honoured. Only the most dedicated of RVD's fans know that Mr. Monday Night is bilingual. Because Rob speaks Spanish fluently, he was a shoe-in for the part of a high-risk wrestler in a commercial for a local L.A. law firm on Spanish networks. RVD's biggest television role came on August 2nd of 2000 when he played Rob Larramie on TNN's 18 Wheels of Justice. Larramie, a gang member from Texas who robbed banks and cars for good causes, ends up being killed by the paranoid group leader. Van Dam was on screen throughout the hour and was extremely impressive with his Texan drawl. Two months later Rob appeared on the highest rated syndicated program in the nation, V.I.P.. Playing the lead heel in the episode entitled "Danger Island," Major Ving Talbot (RVD) sought revenge on Pamela Anderson and company as they roamed a mysterious jungle on the set of a reality based TV show. Shortly after his return to the World Wrestling Federation, Rob also resurrected his Mr. NBC moniker, appearing in the prime-time smash SpyTV. In the July 26 instalment of the edgy, hidden-camera series, Rob Van Dam dealt out pranks on wannabes that show up for a ridiculous professional wrestling audition. In April 2002 Rob also shot the 7-Eleven commercial for his own slurpee filled cup. RVD filmed two commercials that began airing on April 12002. "Basically, I walk into 7-Eleven being Rob Van Dam," said RVD, describing the basic premise of the line of commercials. "Of course, that gets over -- hell, I'm Rob Van Dam. There's four different cups in total, so I'm really pushing the fact that everyone should have the RVD cup." -
I have to disagree there. I think the Crossface sucks. Any particular reason? Personally, my favorite submission/hold is the orginal LionTamer that Jericho did in WCW and early WWF.

Well Savage had a small role in SpiderMan. -
Interesting thread. First of all, I agree with RRR with the 'amature night' comment. If you suck, you shouldn't be on TV. But I don't think that all the women are bad wrestlers. I think that Molly, Jazz and Victoria are all pretty good wrestlers. I know that's only three, but still, there are women wrestlers that I would consider good. Trish if decent too, but, as much as I liked seeing her improving, I don't think that should've happened. If they were serious about having her as a wrestler, she should have got sent down to OVW. Another thing: if we are going to weed out the crappy wrestlers, do it for both genders. I know that would mean about 75% of Raw wrestlers gone, but oh well. And even if there is a bad women's match, I wouldn't complain about it if there is still other non-wrestling shit going on. I'd take a women's match over a Austin interview any day, thank you. Just my opinion though.

I third the notion that Zack is hot.

And countless of wrestlers have been on countless of Game shows -
Actually, if you watched the match again, you would see that RVD hardly even ducked. He just dipped his head because Hawk (I think) jumped to high. It wasn't botched or anything though.

Edge was in Highlander: Endgame. RVD has also been in Black Mask 2 and a couple HBO movies (a can't remember the names). He's also been on VIP. -
Maybe next week, RVD will actually beat Kane after Shane interferes. That would probably be the worst possible finish ever though. Neither RVD or Kane look good.
-
Uh...sure. Why not?
-
Is it just me, or does the Torch sound like stories rather than news? I feel like I can never believe anything from the torch because it sounds so...made up.
-
So next week, will Kane do something weird like this too? You know, after he beats RVD.
-
Yeah, that swerve was sure Russo-rific.
-
Can you give me a refresher on that? I think I remember it, but I might be thinking of the wrong one...

Hey, I'm just happy Rob's on TV. Good thing they didn't make him sell the tombstone for a month or anything. -
It's not the worse, but it deserves a mention: Chucky vs. Rick Steiner.

Oh yeah, DH, RVD is so a pawn. The biggest problem I have with that (either than him being used to build to Shane McMahon) is that RVD won't even have a PPV match. -
That got so much heat, but really, we knew it was true.

I was on the floor laughing at the Shane/Kane/RVD thing. So I'm glad they did that. Actually, I found Raw to be pretty alright tonight. The first match sucked, but Al Snow turning was pretty funny. It's Heat vs. Raw baby! Now we just need Stevie gettting up in Eric's or Steve's face... The JEricho/Christian match was good. I don't generally like heel vs. heel matches because the crowd is usually dead for them, but it was a good match nevertheless. I like the whole 'who can cheat better' thing they had going on and I'm glad they made teh IC champion look semi-competent. Nice change, even if its at Jericho's expense, but thems the breaks. I think I can handle that if it makes Christian, the IC champ, good. I thought the women's match was good, and the last spot was pretty damn sweet. Funny how Lawler finds Molly hot now, not even a year after calling her a fat ass. Splendid. The Maven things backstage was actually good. I thought he was going to turn heel with that buildup, but alas, not yet. Maybe later. The sixman was pretty good. Although I could of sworn that Ric would do the job. Heh, it seems he always does, lol. RVD/Kane next week? I was kind of hoping that they would just forget the Shane/Kane match and just make it a RVD/Kane rematch, but I guess not. Look for Rob to just get murdered next week. Question: why would RVD care about waiting two extra hours when he would have to wait a week anyways? Oh well. -
What an ugly logo...either than that, it's a pretty nice poster.

NO Mercy and Royal Rumble were the best ones. Just for the hell of it, I'll say RR 02

The losing weight thing is true about Steph, which is sad. But I still don't want to Steph doing any acting jobs. Her voice is annoying and she's not a very good actress.
