Cole's overuse of the word "Damn!" or "Dammit!" gets to me quite a bit.
-
I think a huge problem with both shows are simply not making sense. For example, Paul London has defeated Nunzio in a cruiserweight title match twice. Why does Nunzio get another shot at the belt on Velocity this week? Why is Chris Jericho, a man who hasn't won a PPV match in 2005 IIRC getting a title shot at Cena? Things like this simply don't make sense. They need organization it the booking. If they have that, it won't solve everything, but it'd sure as hell help.

The word "literally". The announcers never use it right. "He literally took his head off!" "He literally was broken in half!"

A big return! Okay, not really that big. Well, she's been gone for a month.
-
Well, Crystal hasn't been in the shows for a month, so she probably shouldn't be used with some big epic thing. But I wouldn't mind doing a match with PK and doing a segment earlier with GPX or whoever to semi-explain Crystal's absense.

Velocity + Ongoing SmackDown Spoilers
CanadianChick replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in The WWE Folder
You know what would be cool? If Cole/Tazz mentioned that there is a BIG cruiserweight title match on Velocity and to tune in and watch. Really, if it's advertised, the idea of a title switch on a B show isn't too bad as long as it means something. I wonder who the London promo will turn out. If it's a bit on the whiney side, hey, maybe he turns heel. Anyone else get the feeling that since it's rumoured they want to beef up the tag division, maybe they'll just use all the cruiserweights as a tag team? It'd definately be fun to watch. -
What station said that?

Wow, I guess that shows what a fake tan and a straightener can do. Oh, and of course plastic surgery. Geez, at least some of the other girls in the company look semi-real. She looks like a reject Barbie doll. But still, that mole thing shouldn't be on a girl who's at least stripper hot if nothing else. She's certainly not BUTT ugly.

I agree. Plus, I was glad that Michael won. I liked him best from the beginning, and I never really liked Ralph. After watching an old episode of Smackdown, I was wondering... do you think there were actually lyrics in the original SD theme, or was it all just random blabbering? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wasn't "Beautiful People" the original theme?

Geez Curry, if we gave you power over that folder, we'd have about 5 topics with 10 posters.

Well, the kid took enough bumps off balls and wrenches for me to forgive him.

Funny opening. Geez, even I'm thinking about what Holly looks like! Nice opening match, and I really found myself loving the commentary during this match. It was a different routine. I liked it. A cow? Whatta a debut for animals everywhere! I did like the picture though. Good match by Sly there. He knows how much I liked it, so I won't gush here. More to come, of course.

Unless he's improved since the last time I've seen him, I doubt the division will ever get *that* bad.
-
So...cool beatdown and all, but why didn't they do that during the *No DQ* match?
-
Why doesn't Jericho just grab a chair and knock the crap out of Cena?

Noticed this one when watching Dodgeball. Justin Long: and

I love how they say Shawn's a tough guy, then they pan to the most "emotional" face shot to him. Unless I'm missing something, I'm assuming WWE only knows where Battle Creek is because of RVD.

Was it 2Xtreme? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Heh, cute.

Uh, over ten years ago. Before the heel turn and the Million Dollar Corporation thing.

What good could possibly come of this? I liked the guy....10 years ago.

The Heidenreich injury was Heidenreich's fault for practically dropping Stevie on his head.
-
Even if it wasn't Boogyman's fault, the fact is Stevie has rotten luck with these rookies. And I do like the term "getting Stevied". That's a keeper.

What would be the best creative team possible?
CanadianChick replied to Downhome's topic in The WWE Folder
With that in mind then Rudo, any examples, in let's say the last 5 years, of what is good wrestling comedy? Or what would be good wrestling comedy right now?
