Oh definately, but he also poked fun at Batista, HHH (and Flair), and JBL. It's perfect for someone who's character is a heel, but is also getting positive reaction. I actually can't wait for Christian to go against Cena, just for the crowd reaction. I'm thinking it'll be like how, to use an example LOTC used earlier in this thread, Rock vs. Jericho from No Mercy '01. Sure, the match will most likely suck as both aren't the most exciting in ring performers, but I think this will be one of those times that the reaction, promos, and buildup will make up for it.

Awesome, Christian did just what I hoped he'd do: rip every main eventer. I'd love to see him on Smackdown, because I don't think he'll shine as much on Raw.

I think it really depends on how Jericho works the match though. If he just works and doesn't play to the crowd, yeah Shelton could be fine. But if he really plays up the crowd, I dunno. It'll be interesting. Maybe it'll be similar to how Angle/Cena was at No Mercy '03.

Batista vs. HHH Batista. That'd be stupid if he didn't win to be honest. Edge vs. Benoit Edge. The main reason is because Benoit is the man at selling exhaustion and pain, which is exactly what will happen of course. HBK & Hogan vs. Hassan & Daivari HBK/Hogan. I don't really see any other way unless Hogan is coming back for more than one more match (dear God, no). Benjamin vs. Jericho Benjamin. I don't know how nicely the crowd is going to react to Benjamin though. Kane vs. Viscera Hopefully Viscera and then he destroys Lita too, just for fun. Big Vis deserves some lovin' from Trish... Tag Team Turmoil Heartthrobs. Why not? The tag division is so dead, the tag champions don't even regularly appear on Raw.

If Christian doesn't get mic time on this PPV, there is something seriously wrong. I mean, Simon freaking Dean is on the card, but not the guy who faced Batista in the main event last week? I do like Curry's idea of him ripping everyone: face, heel, Smackdown, Raw. There's plenty of ammo.

The absolute worse "USA" chant was a match between Bret and Owen Hart. First of all, they are brothers from Canada. Secondly, even if they were from the US, they are brothers, therefore both from the US. Geez. Hm, here's a question: Why didn't Edge use his Money in the Bank title shot after Batista was down from the ulmighty pedigree? Seems like an easy win to me...

Go on... There was a ladder match with Bret and Shawn for the IC title in, I want to say '92, but that could be wrong.

I was scared when Orlando came out, because the title was covering his tights and it looked like he was naked. Not cool.

I find it funnier that the ring announcer had to be told of the rules and looked surprised when saying who was still the champ.

Read over this last night, but didn't have time to feedback, so here we go. I like NNMX's review. I wish all movie critics were cool like that... I also like the whole "Will they or won't they return?" thing with COD. I hope they do, because they are a whole lot of fun to read. Christian Wright sorta gives off a Steven Richards in RTC vibe, with the whole hardcore wrestler turning into an annoying preacher. Hopefully the music is better! I do like it though, as this promo was very well written. Good question! Good set up, although serious building will need to be built since Hoff just beat Gunner. I know Hoff is ready for that challenge though. I didn't know that happened. Too bad, but I understand why. Besides, if need be, Holly could wrestle with the guys, as do all the women anyways. Good TV tag team match, and the Frankensteiners winning and seemingly joining up with Cornette was unexpected to say the least. So, is Cole's Show going to be a regular fixture? Because I do quite like Caboose randomly hitting him with a bat. Nice Black T interview. Are those dozen lingerie girls the reject WWE Diva wannabes looking for work? The match was fine and made Black T look as they should, strong. Good match from someone who hasn't wrote in awhile. A very, very fun match.

Kids below 3 annoy me. Kids from 10-15 are snotty little things that I want squash. People from 16-18 usually annoy me. Man I'm going to be an awesome mother one day!

I also have this weird obsession with Special K with berries. It's so damn good!

We'll just use this as the Smackdown Thread. Oh, and I agree though. I saw quite a bit of Cena merchandise and fans. Then again, the booing might have been a vocal minority, which can happen quite easily.
