Man this blows. I know I should have seen the writing on the wall when the Diva Search was happening, but I always had a teeny little bit of hope that the women's division would take off. It certainly wasn't the greatest wrestling, but in 2003, I thought the division was doing quite well. What happened for WWE to change it? Or does Vince look back when WWE was most popular and thought nameless big breast chicks is the way to go? Because it really isn't and the crowd, with the exception of Christy and Joy (I think), couldn't care less about these girls.

Mistreatment of Val and his family? Dude, stop using creative license. Information was never given out about Val's sister and Edge's divorce. They actually divorced while Edge was injured, so unless he was fucking with a neck brace, I'm not too confident that infidelity was the reason for divorce. And this blows. I thought it was slighty unprofessional of Matt to tell the story on his website, but I certainly don't feel it warranted a release. Maybe they didn't see main event material in him, but he could have easily been in the running for the IC Title for his return. And he's been in the company forever. I'm guessing there must be another reason.

To be fair, both Shawn and Bret consider that one of their best matches. While a lot of people, me included, think it isn't very good, both the participants in the match do.
