The second level of the Special World... Tubular. This was just insanely frustrating. It's the level where you have to inflate Mario through the entire level, and it's loaded with the baseball throwing football players and those plants that shoot.

I really wish they went through with giving him Coach as his manager like one of those Observer newsletters said a while back. At this point, I'd reunite Haas & Benjamin, but they wouldn't be restricted to only the tag division. It'd be more of an alliance just to watch each other's back with the occasional tag match.

I was watching the 2005 Rumble match. When Angle's attacking HBK outside the ring, all the referees and officials come out to break it up... including Finlay. It's just weird to see him in a suit breaking up a fight.

I think it was the Raw where he challenged Cena to the match at ONS. He missed the kick to the MITB briefcase he threw.

Figuring out how to beat the Wizard in Link to the Past. It's insanely obvious today, but I was young at the time so cut me some slack. Also in LTTP, beating the Ice Palace. For whatever reason, I remember that one always giving me trouble way back. How insanely frustrating the Water Temple was in Ocarina of Time. Even if I played it today, I would still be confused. I remember counting down the days till No Mercy came out. I had reserved it at least two months in advance. Being 14 yrs old at the time, I rode my bike over to the mall to get it right after school, and played it for the rest of the day. Good times.

Angle stole the FU!

It was heel vs. heel for the regular fans, but to smart fans, it was the kind of like the "impossible" match that everyone had been waiting for. Still heel vs. heel, though. I preferred Bret.

If they can hold off doing an HHH-Cena rematch by WM, I wouldn't be surprised to see that. But in all seriousness, we all know it'll be HHH vs. HBK: The Final Encounter.

I appreciate the fact that even in the middle of a blood feud, Undertaker has the patience to challenge Khali to a match that's nearly three weeks away, rather than say... next week.

Angle vs. Michaels from WM... The Angle Slam into the ring post: HBK's back doesn't hit, his leg does. It wasn't noticeable until the replay. Rock vs. Angle from No Way Out 01... I don't know if I'd consider the match to be GREAT, but it's good enough. The Big Show walk-in was completely pointless. It's not like it even lead to a feud for the next PPV.

Simply because a decision is a decision in iron man matches. You win by getting more decisions over the other person. In the sense of number of decisions, it gets HHH nowhere, but the chairshot weakens Rock even more, giving HHH the advantage for the rest of the match. While many matches don't regard chairshots as a very serious blow, this one does.

THAT'S the Angle shirt that won that poll a few weeks back? The other two were so much better.

My cable preview lists the first show from 8-9:00 with Savage vs. Rick McGraw, Greg Valentine vs. Ricky Steamboat, and Hogan vs. Muraco (6/21/85) The second show from 9-10:00 is from (9/22/97) and has Ahmed vs. Rocky, Owen Hart vs. Brian Pillman, HHH vs. Cactus Jack, and Bret Hart vs. Goldust... whether the other segments like Austin stunning Vince is there, I don't know.

The dueling hugs between Steve Austin and Kurt Angle for Vince was based on DDP's meeting with Vince where he hugged him rather than shake hands.
