I work at a KB Toys in Jersey. When some random guy asks me if I can check to see if we have any new McFarlane basketball figures in the back, he randomly throws in, "Yeah, I work for World Wrestling Entertainment..." which came out of NOWHERE. He claimed he sent some people to Wrestlemania over in some other store and maybe he could do the same for me for another event. I figured the guy was just bullshitting me for whatever reason, but I just went along with it. After I actually tell him that I'm a fan, he asks who my favorite wrestlers are so he can get me their autographs... I await my Benoit & Angle autographs... And no, we didn't have any new McFarlane figures.

And I thought I was the only one who noticed...

WWE.com Poll: Which new member of the RAW roster do you think will enjoy the most success? Nidia 10.58 % Shelton Benjamin 43.87 % Rhyno 3.94 % Tajiri 3.41 % Edge 38.18 % ----------- I would've thought Edge was a sure-winner, rigged or not.

WWE.com has up on the main page that Booker T & Dudleys were traded for HHH, and Rico & Jackie for A-Train & Palumbo. Get this... Angle is the new GM. EDIT: Looks like Downhome beat me...

Definitely one of my favorites, just for Brisco punching the mirror and getting hurt. What makes it even funnier is how Crash gets pinned less than one minute into the match.

It's one of my favorite Summerslam matches of all time. I haven't seen the full version in a LONG time though. The only copy I have available right now is a clipped version on one of the Coliseum "Greatest Matches Ever" tapes. This is definitely my favorite Mr. Perfect match, although I still have yet to see KOTR 93.

I'd say equally bad. On one hand, 2002 had the rediculous string of picks like Rikishi, Lita, Mark Henry, & Maven, but with 2004's now over (except for possibly trades between now and SD), a "new era" is upon us, subjecting us to the possible Mark Jindrak & Rene Dupree main events on Velocity, maybe with a backstage segment by Theodore Long.

It was on some movie channel with my Digital Cable box. FLIX, or Encore, or Action.

Got to lovvve the Sein... (I actually just saw a commercial for that episode today. It's on Wednesday at 8 PM, on TBS.)

Watched them all on TV... The Punisher (1989 version)... 6/10 Speed... 9/10 What's the Worst That Can Happen?... 5/10

I beat Revenge mode a couple times and I dont remember getting a Revenge camera. You can turn it on/off on the pause screen during most matches.

Without taking the draft into consideration, at Judgment Day, Eddie could defend the title against Cena or Undertaker. With the draft, there's obviously tons of possibilities from Raw.
-
Because he sucks as a main eventer? I don't think Eddie did a very good job of "carrying" Show at No Mercy, either.

It's all worth it to hear JR's commentary... "This match has bowling shoe tendencies." (Something along the lines of.. "(After a two count) "We were one count away from this match being over." (When the match ends..) "Thankfully, it's OVER." "These two teams just couldn't get it together tonight." He apologizes for it another 50 times during the match, too. I always like the Tag Team 4-Way from Ground Zero. And it's always fun watching Kane give the 2 minute chokehold to Big Show at KOTR 99. I watched it last night!

One of my favorite parts of WM XIX was the Revenge Camera, unlocked after beating Revenge mode twice, I believe. It gave alot of awesome camera angles in Hell in a Cell and Ladder matches. I hope it's in Day of Reckoning. Overall, for last year, I thought HCTP was the best wrestling game. WM XIX would have had a good shot if it actually had a season.

If Bradshaw gets to threaten the Undertaker like IRS did at Royal Rumble 1995, I'm all for the Bradshaw turn! "Undertaker, NOBODY is gonna rest in peace... until you've payed ALL your taxes!"

I voted the Triple Threat. Awesome triple threat, easily one of the best, that had me on the edge of my seat almost the whole time. Plus, I love the ending and post-match celebration. After rewatching the other matches, Angle-Eddie, the Handicap match, and Jericho-Christian are all close seconds though.

My star ratings and opinion, although I haven't rewatched any of it yet, so this is just based on my first viewing with a room full of people, so the stars are probably off, more or less. Cena vs. Big Show I thought it did a great job in opening up the show. I was into the match for the most part. I liked the ending with the two FU's. ** RAW Tag Titles Seemed pretty average to me. The only fast part was really the ending where everyone hits their finisher. *1/2 Jericho vs. Christian Probably behind the two World title matches for MOTN. But I was loving this match the whole way through. I really didn't think they would go through with the Trish heel turn, and I was a little disappointed at first. But just from the beatdown and walking to the back, I'm digging slutty heel Trish. ***1/2 Handicap Match I didn't pay attention as much as other matches, but it was a fun match, especially the Rock and Flair parts. I liked the ending, actually. **1/2 Evening Gown Match... DUD Cruiserweight Open Just about everyone on the board has the same sentiments on this one. Way too short and rushed. I noticed Dragon slip, but didn't know he slipped until someone else said something. I thought he just was jogging and bowed or something along the way. And what's with Rey in wearing the superhero tights at WM? Better than Daredevil from last year, I guess. ** Brock vs. Goldberg Wow, the crowd was carrying this match with the chants. Way boring. I'll just say about * SD Tag Titles This wasn't even going too badly for me, but Too Cool winning instead of TWGTT really pissed me off. *1/2 Women's Title Alright women's stuff. I didn't want to see Molly's head shaved though, so that was a letdown. * Eddie vs. Angle I wasn't paying as much attention as I should of, but when I did I was loving the match. Great wrestling all around. I actually liked the ending, despite what others will say. Eddie's frog splash didn't work, so he resorted to cheating. Simple. BTW, I loved Angle's American flag lighten up on the stage. ****1/4 Undertaker vs. Kane I was marking out, especially when Paul Bearer came out, which I totally forgot about. While it was a bad match, I did enjoy just watching old school Taker. Kane definitely should have had more offense in around the end, though. * Triple Threat Match I loved it. The ending sequences were great, and the table bump was done to perfection. We were all going nuts when Benoit came in for the last few minutes and took out HBK and had HHH in the Crossface. Great moment and everyone here was on the edges of their seat. Awesome way to end WM with both Benoit & Eddie as world champs. ***3/4 Overall, I loved this show. While it did go on for a long time, I enjoyed every minute of it. I wouldn't be disappointed to see next year's WM go back to 3-4 hours, though.

Just about one month later, and it's a tie...

After just watching both matches this week, I think Vengeance is the better tag match. It seems to have the hotter crowd, all throughout, especially with Kidman's SSP outside and the pin that resulted in the crowd chanting "Bullshit!" Vengeance seems to be the more formula tag match and goes at a faster pace, IMO. No Mercy, while an outstanding match, has a slow start and around the end, everyone was all over the place running in and out. I pick Vengeance.

I'm really excited for Mania this year, and not only because of its being hyped as the biggest show ever. Not one match has had a good build? I think Eddie vs. Angle, Jericho vs. Christian, and Taker vs. Kane have had good ones. All of them obviously had a few flaws, but most feuds do. I, personally, can't wait for Sunday.
-
Well, obviously all of them probably played a part (which is what I voted for) but most of all probably would have been the travel schedule and Holly feud. Still, I say fuck you Brock for quitting. Bob Holly is bad, but quitting at this point after such a monster push is rediculous.
