    WWE Raw - January 19, 2009

Okay, until Vince got his ass kicked, this was shaping up to be one of the most pointless main event segments of Raw ever.

    WWE Raw - January 19, 2009

Knowing Cryme Tyme's history of No. 1 contenderships, I wouldn't expect them to get that title match any time soon.

    24 -- Season 7

I liked the ending, too, but I get the feeling they'll be continuing with the burial for a few more minutes, only to see/hear sirens in the distance, and they'll have to bail. There's no way they kill her off this early.

    Weekend Box Office Report

Come on now. This is the country where movies like Epic Movie, Date Movie, etc. usually end up with the #1 spot upon release, so what did you expect? Although, I will say, I don't think Mall Cop looks nearly as bad as most are saying. I have no plans to go out of my way to see it, but I'll probably watch it when I it's eventually on TV.

Edit: This is in regards to the "spoiler" discussion above.

List things that don't interest you

Most, but not all, of other people's dreams. It usually tends to be the ones where the person just goes on and on for seemingly five minutes to detail every thing that happened in it.

    Royal Rumble 2009

You can probably replace Sim Snuka with CM Punk. If Primo wasn't added at the same time as Carlito, I wouldn't be surprised to see him excluded.

We get it. You don't like Cena. Outside of the cheesy promos, really the only thing that annoys me about Cena is the STFU execution. Not only is there usually just the space between Cena's hands and the other wrestler's head, but usually, it just looks like Cena is just resting his hands on the mat. He needs to start doing it like the one he used on HBK at WM 23. That was the one where he just completely cranked back sideways. It actually looked devastating.

    WWF Royal Rumble 1998

Nope. 1999 and 2000 entrances both came from the entrance.

    The Office Season 5

I liked it. It wasn't one of the best episodes, but any Office is still good TV. Best part to me was Oscar questioning Dwight about him and Angela having sex in the office, with Dwight not saying anything until "Oh, I think you know..." or whatever he said.

    WWF Royal Rumble 1998

I'm pretty sure I've asked this in Old School Questions before, but I don't think there ever was a definitive answer. I don't remember them ever having any interaction prior to the Rumble. The only thing I can think of was a match on Raw (which aired on a Saturday for whatever reason, probably the dog show) a week after No Way Out, and even then, I was wondering why it took so long for a match. I always just accepted the answer that DX probably payed Jarrett & Cornette off.

    WWF Royal Rumble 1998

I'm surprised I was able to think of these as fast as I did, but there was Al Snow at KOTR 98 when he was still fighting for his contract, and then Vince at the 99 Rumble. That's all I've got.

A Small History of My Declined Interest

Even though I'm a big Cena fan, I really don't like this match. Yes, the heat is off the charts, but I find the majority of the match to be Cena just boringly working over RVD. I agree. I was expecting a pretty even match with RVD being able to hit some of his more insane moves that weren't normally done in WWE. Since it ended up being all Cena for the most part, the match was a huge letdown for me. It's not horrible, but it could have been so much better.

    WWF Royal Rumble 1998

If you can ignore the fact that Cactus, Mankind, and Dude Love are conveniently spread out in the beginning, middle, and end of the match, then yes, the three faces of Foley making appearances is awesome.

    WWF Royal Rumble 1998

This was the first Rumble I was able to order on PPV, so I've always liked it. It's not the best Rumble, but it's far from the worst. In regards to monster pops, how about Owen's pop when he finally enters the ring and eliminates Jeff Jarrett? It's pretty insane. I always found it funny that during this sequence, Marc Mero just observes and cheers Owen on.

    WWF Royal Rumble 1995

Technically, I'd say Angle gets the credit for eliminating Austin, but Perfect could get an assist.

    24 -- Season 7

I thought the last two episodes were really strong. As it's been mentioned, the current direction with the FBI pursuing Jack & Tony is interesting. Unfortunately, I get the feeling that we'll be back to basics by midseason. I figure the President will learn about the undercover operation, something will happen to Agent Moss (or he refuses to work with Jack and company), and Bill will become interim head FBI guy. That said, I'm glad that we will apparently get to see Jack and Tony work together in the field. Surprisingly, we've only seen that in a few episodes in season 4 (and it was awesome). I find it very amusing that Agent Walker seems to be turning into the female equivalent of Jack Bauer, complete with her own Chloe. I anxiously await the impending meeting between Chloe and Janis.
  18. I always just figured it was so both began with the letter S.

It's just the responsibility you have to take when you start the Rumble thread apparently...

WWE 24/7 Classics OnDemand General Discussion

In regards to Bash at the Beach 2000... Thank god. I realize that it's WCW 2000, and a good portion of the show will suck, but I've always wanted to see the show. The prices on Ebay and Amazon are the most ridiculous prices for any wrestling tape you'll ever see, ranging usually between $75-$500. Now if they can start showing any other WCW PPV from October 2000 onward, we'll be set.

    Royal Rumble 2009

Unless they take the feud a step further than next week's No DQ match, there should be no reason for Punk or Regal to miss the Rumble match.

    24 -- Season 7

I don't mind that they left out the son's suicide at all. His storyline in Redemption already set up the government conspiracy stuff, so I'm glad we didn't have to waste any time on him this season. Considering the first hour was filmed before all of that, it's weird to consider that we would've been in the dark about the story had Redemption not aired.

    24 -- Season 7

It wasn't as amazing as the start to either of the last two seasons, but really, who was expecting that? I thought it was fine for what it was. The potential is definitely there. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to wait for tomorrow to watch the next two episodes. The original trailer hinted that there was a mole in the FBI (OMG!), and then it panned to Rhys Coiro... the fact that some random FBI guy ended up being that particular mole was pretty surprising since I was expecting Coiro. That said, I hope we don't get any more.
