If my math is correct, if a team goes to a BCS Bowl all four years and rakes in 13 million dollars each game, that is 52 million dollars. Divide that 52 million dollars by the 100 guys or so that are on the football team and you come up with $520,000 per player is what they bring in to the school over four seasons, not counting merchandise which is bought for the most part because of the player's number on the back of the Jersey. The Average Cost to go to the University of Michigan is around 24,000 a year which over four years does not even total $100,000. So basically the school is giving you a lot with the free education, but when you realize that the school is still profiting $400,000 off of each player in theory, the kids deserve to get some form of monthly allowance. However, if they don't go to class and do not become eligible they should lose that allotment of money.

USC still has to play Notre Dame and UCLA which are two huge rivalries. They could easily lose one of those games if they dont show up.Oklahoma has to play Baylor and the Big 12 North Winner. I honestly don't see OU losing the rest of the way out

I mean you can't really make fun of White without making more fun of Spencer Brinton the third stringer at Michigan. He was born in 1978 and he is still playing. He went on a two year mission after his freshman year at San Diego State back in 1997. Then he recieved a medical reshirt so he is in his final year of eligibility. He is already married with a master's degree and I believe is even a father. He is a really nice guy from the time I met him. I just think its funny that I am a sophomore in college and this guy started college when I was in 7th grade. He is I think 8 years older than the freshman class here at Michigan

well that shows that they dont know how to win the close ones. Who cares if you blow out everyone all year and then lose when it counts. Ask the 1998 Minnesota Vikings about that. One of the best regular season teams ever, but everyone remembers them as the team that choked when it counts. Same thing with Oklahoma last season. This season I think if they play USC, Auburn, Cal, and maybe even a Georgia or Michigan on a neutral field that OU could easily lose that game. They are a very, very, very good team and if they do win all of their games they deserve to be the champions. I just think that the other elite teams are just as good this season and that OU would not roll over most top 10 teams sans Texas

My thing with Michigan they lost to a decent Notre Dame team on the road early in the year in a rivalry game with two true freshman in the backfield. Now if they win out who is to say they are not on par with the other one loss teams like Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Cal, and Miami. I think that Cal gets in the Rose Bowl hands down if they win out and I could see Michigan also getting an at large bid if they win out. I think a Cal-Michigan matchup would be a great Rose Bowl, even though Michigan would be shuttled to the Sugar or Fiesta if Wisconsin wins out. Here is another interesting scenario. If all the unbeatens sans USC lose, and Cal wins out, could we see a Cal-USC rematch in the Orange Bowl
