I don't think anyone who watched the Kong/Kim match on ppv fealt cheated in the least. They rocked the shit out of that match. Plus...I would have thought Kong was taking the title, so seeing Kim overcome the odds was, to me, the bigger cooler ending. Also...I really dig that they were rewarded with being the main event on the next show...with the inevitible change taking place.

Gatti vs. Ward 1. I've never been blown away by something like I was when I saw this thing. -
Having faith in something is fine. It can be wonderful even. Ignoring facts that contradict your belief is where that slippery slope to crazy starts.

Can we remember that this started with a discussion about evolution. That's much easier to simplify. People who don't accept evolution are retarded. And no one should vote for retards to be president.

What the fuck? Earlier they said that was in Buffalo... They took my ppv away? Fuck WWE! -
People who don't believe in evolution frighten me. I know a girl who steadfastly refuses it. Sweet, honest nice person... ...who's brain is too warped from the good book to believe something that is actually...you know...real... Yeah...I couldn't vote for someone who doesn't accept evolution.

Jeff Jarrett should become a manager. It just looked right with him walking Angle back to the ring after the main event. He's got a kind of cross between Col. Parker and Harley Race working for him. ... I don't know why I fealt the need to post that... -
This thread has motivated me to turn off the computer and go outside for the first time this weekend. ... Nah...I'm probably just gonna stay here...

I'll be getting the Austin for sure. HHH depends...I can't really think of a big HHH match that I don't already have on a previous release. I'm not a big Hardy's fan but I'll wait for the match listing. Rock is a no brainer. Perfect is a no brainer. Edge...again I think I have most of the Edge matches I like already but we'll see. Savage is a yes. Sting is a yes. Starrcade I'll have to wait for the match listing. HIAC I've seen them all and the ones I liked I'm pretty sure I have on various tapes.

I watch to see who's talented enough to overcome the booking mess. It's made Booker T a lower midcard guy inside of two months... The only people that I think come off looking interesting at all are: Motor City Machine Guns (because of their awesomess from bell to bell) Christian (because no matter how stupid the situation he's in...he's been owning the mic) Gail Kim/Awesome Kong/ODB (because the booking of the women's division hasn't sucked like the rest of the show) And Samoa Joe (because he's at least doing something for a change...and I actually kinda dig anti-authority Joe) ... Other than that...it's all a mess. Actually Petey Williams is starting to get more interesting...but that's just a product of extra TV time methinks... -

If we're choosing sides... I'd like to relay my support firmly in the "likes to look at boobies" camp. -
So which movies are you anticipating in 2008?

It's all Dark Knight for me. -
Thanks for the link. I watched Walk Hard drunk last night.

Hard to say. I saw a fair number of Penguins fans... But with no Canadian team playing, they'd just blend in with the rest of the crowd. The overriding feeling of the day (even after the hometown team lost in the shootout) was simply one of being happy to be at an "event" that fealt like a big deal. I'm sure there were a number of Canadians in attendance. The fact that the crowd was so respectful and loud would suggest a fairly good number.

I never saw him as the bad guy. I thought what made the story genius was a group of people who were allowed to be the heroes and none of them was wrong in the choices that they made. Ozymanias was right. His decision cost a lot of lives but it saved far more. Dr. Manhatten was right. He knew that Ozymandias had made a decision for the greater good and that undoing so would only cost more lives. Rorshack was right. People should know the truth. The owl guy and the bitch (yeah...it's been a while and they weren't the most interesting characters) were right to wash their hands of it and just find a moments bliss in each others arms. ... There wasn't a villain in Watchmen. The "bad guy" was the internal strife of humanity that Ozymandias killed so many to stop.

Damn. Everyone in Buffalo was either at the game, the hockey arena for the showing of the game or watching on TV. I was at the game. Which was cool. Or rather...cold.

It would be only if two weeks after the Roulette night RAW featured FOUR Battle Royals.

Edited for accuracy.

Silva just never could get close to him. He kept coming though.

I seem to recall that being the case, yes.

I've been rooting for them to go undefeated and lose the SuperBowl for weeks now.

At least it's not as bad as the farce that was the Raven's game.

Nice throw, douchebag.
